The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

The house has every last detail. All kinds of kitchenware, the refrigerator cools, full bathroom, sheets, towels, ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, very good terrace. Come on, make yourself at home. The pool is very good because it gets the sun all day and the water is great, especially if you go with children. Marian and her son are attentive to any questions and recommend places. I recommend a pure Italian pizzeria called Mariotti (reservations required). We'll be back😊.

Pedro, the host, was very friendly, accommodating and flexible for example with our check in and out times. Any communication was effortless and fast and you got the feeling you were well taken care of. The location is great for walking, running and many water sports. Also, there is a great restaurant El Turco close by. We stayed at the end of February so it was off season and this affected opening times of small beach shops. For example the bakery next door was closed the whole week and the small shop downstairs had shorter opening hours. We had a car so it did not matter since it was very easy to do shopping for example in Pucol.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We had a very good stay at Miguel’s. We came in October and did note that the “town” was not very lively with nothing other than the beach as a diversion. The apartment itself is well equipped and we made great use of the upper deck with barbecue. There are sun shade to protect from the heat. The pool too was a great area and Miguel supplied chairs that you could take pool side as well. The kitchen had everything apart from a toaster but the oven broiler was a good substitute. The underground parking is secure and amply sized. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was located in the front entryway and did just a barely adequate job of keeping the bedroom temperature well regulated .

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

The equipment of the house is very stylish and appealing . The available space is used very cleverly. The hit is certainly the roof terrace.. overall we felt very comfortable

Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, sweet, cozy and clean apartment with sea view on the beach of Patacona with various restaurants. The apartment was warmly decorated and equipped with everything you need.
