Central location, host was very responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend.

Last minute book, literally minutes left on the clock. And he messaged me back in less then 15 minutes to confirm. I’d definitely stay again, everything was clean and I got vip parking which was nice.

Micheal is an awesome host! His place is peaceful and in a wonderful location near the ocean. You can walk on the beach within minutes.

I have an odd schedule as I work night shifts and use Michael’s places to sleep before my next shift. He’s so accommodating and kind. His places are all clean and safe and so comfortable

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

The perfect place for a beautiful quiet weekend getaway. Beautiful sights and sounds of beach steps away, every room was spotless. This was our second time staying at one of Marc's properties and we will definitely be back. Marc is an excellent host that is very proactive with communication, highly recommend 5*****

Louise was extremely friendly, proactive, and responsive. The location is fantastic and the view is beautiful! Wish we would have had more time to explore the beach area and the clubhouse. Would love to stay again to really enjoy the location!

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

Pros: the place is very conveniently located, linens on the bed were so soft and comfortable. Kitchen had great appliances and amenities. Pool is heated and quite pleasant. Can walk to the Malibu Pier. Cons: beach felt isolated from the “action”, but for some this would be a positive since it’s pretty private. Biggest issue was cell service. Not home owners fault, but I have Verizon and had no service while in the condo. Like, no bars / SOS message. And then when I left the condo and went to the pool I had no WiFi or cell service. Not a huge deal but a minor inconvenience worth pointing out.

Family get away with our adult “kids”. Perfect spot to enjoy the beach, close surf spots and walkable to local eateries. Pool and hot tub are a great add! Just the right place for us!

Ellen’s place in Westlake was absolutely perfect. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in terrific shape. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ellen was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our visit. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
