This vintage Malibu Beach house is inches from the water, with private beach access and Dolphins, Sea Lions and Seagulls as your daily entertainment. Fall asleep on a deck lounger to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves reaching the shore. Sleeps 4 with a King bedroom and a second Queen bedroom. A full sized kitchen, bathroom and cozy interior lounge room compliment the expansive all hardwood Ocean Front Deck putting you directly in the gorgeous Pacific Blue Ocean for your Classic Malibu Getaway. Ocean Front Beach home on a private beach in Malibu California. A two story duplex, private home and yard on the ocean. Only the upstairs unit is for rent and is completely separate from the lower unit. This upstairs unit has an oversized deck with comfortable lounge and dining furniture, accompanied by the amazing view of the ocean. On the ocean level is a communal pathway which leads to a private beach with no public access. This gives you private beach walks as well as private surf in your backyard. There is an outdoor hot water shower, BBQ and the full use of kayaks, paddle boards and surfboards come with the rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guest Bedroom has a queen bed. There is a single mattress under the queen bed for kids or an extra guest. In the bathroom is a shower/bath, with laundry facilities included. The home has heating for the winter evenings and new over-sized window/door opening to the deck to let in that ocean breeze on those warm summer days. Also, the kitchen is completely furnished with all stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The home is situated 15 minutes away from Santa Monica and 3rd Street Promenade. Only 20 minutes from Venice Beach. A short walk down the street leads you to the ocean front Hawaiian restaurant/bar Dukes, with a 5 minute drive to the town of Malibu there are more restaurants, retail and grocery stores. The world famous 'Surfrider' beach is only 5 minutes away, as well as the Malibu Pier. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are minutes away up Las Flores Scenic Canyon. Private surf and stand-up paddle board lessons for all ages are available out of this beautiful Malibu Ocean Front home as well as private massage and yoga on your ocean front deck. Send me a text and me or my property manager will respond promptly. The beach house is a short drive to Surfrider Beach and Malibu Pier, with restaurants and even more stunning views. A five-minute drive to downtown Malibu. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are in nearby Las Flores Scenic Canyon. I have a strict no party policy. This is due to previous experience and would prefer to remain safe and not sorry. Any guests on the premises, beyond the agreed upon amount, will be an extra $150 per person, per calendar day/night, unless there is prior consent with the owner. Small events/gatherings are permitted ONLY when agreed upon prior to booking and is appropriately documented within the Airbnb rental agreement. Please call for more information. Pets are also not allowed without prior consent and documentation to arrival.

Quite honestly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The location was great and easily walkable to the beach. The house is very nice and is as described with a fully stocked kitchen and great bathrooms. The house is packed with every amenity needed (I have never seen an Airbnb have amenities packed so thoroughly and thoughtfully). The garage has all the beach things you need so you don’t need to bring much yourself. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times and would completely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Cyja's place and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. We traveled with our 2 children (ages 14 and 10) as well as our retired parents. The bunkbed area is really perfect for our kids. The common space is large and has lots of seating for everyone. The big table and well stocked kitchen allowed us to enjoy multiple meals at the house together. The fireplace adds such a cozy warmth to the home. Truly. This is one of our favorite spots in Oxnard and on the coast. Thank you, Cyja, for hosting us again and making our stay special!

Best AirBnB experience!!! The place is truly beautiful, comfortable and very unique as it's positioned next to the harbor and next to a pristine beach. Very spacious, well stocked, with lots of fun equipment for activities in and around the house. But, best of all was the kindness and prompt attention from Elizabeth and her family. We had a last minute, early evening request for their home since we had to evacuate from the LA fire and their family personally came and cleaned the home immediately to accommodate our request. Their kindness will never be forgotten by me and my family. Thank you!

A slice of paradise best describes this house and location. It felt warm and cozy and being able to walk out the back door and right onto the beach was soooo great. We loved every moment and really look forward to future visits. Cruz, the host, was incredibly responsive and just great throughout.

We really enjoyed crashing at John and Erica's place for a quiet, healing weekend. The home has great, warm energy, as it's their family home, and the drive up Corral Canyon on the way in is stunning. Loved the open living room with views out to the terrace and the Pacific beyond, and the parakeets circling overhead.

Modern Coastal Retreat • Steps to Beach • Dogs!

The clean home is just steps away from the beach and a short walk to restaurants. There are comfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Hosts are quick to respond. They resolved an issue that we had with the microwave within an hour of contacting them. Their housekeeping staff were very polite. We enjoyed having the water bottles that was supplied at each bedside to quench our late-night thirst. Ice cube trays were ready with ice. Bring your champagne to cheer in the sunsets! A couple of things to keep in mind for this home. It is an attached townhome that allows dogs. Please be aware that the guests in the attached home may leave their dogs and no one is there to calm them down. We were unable to control the backyard lights. We either had the hanging Edison bulbs that were constantly color changing or the wall sconce on. After contacting the hosts. They were able to remotely change the color changing lights to only have the wall sconce on. Overall, this place is a great seaside getaway!
