Amazing spacious property, very clean, with a breathtaking views of the bay and the beach. The decoration of the place makes you feel completely in a beach oasis and it is very well equipped with all you can need to feel like home. The complex had a beautiful pool with easy beach access. Host is great at communicating and quick responsive and the front desk service was very helpful. It was our first time at SPI and our family had a wonderful time…will definitely come again!

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

Perfect place to stay while on temporary work assignment. Had previously stayed in hotel rooms but this was such a treat and felt just like home. Super comfortable and safe location. Easy commute to work was a big plus! Host was very easy to communicate with and response time was super quick! Would love to stay here again if and when I return to the area.

Really appreciated the beautiful accommodations for our trip from the upgraded condo to the perfect view. Literally every feature of the stay was perfect, felt at home. 100% recommend the place is beautiful, it’s so convenient the pool right in front of the condo and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Everything so clean and she provides all the necessities as included, every little detail and the smallest thing you would forget to take she has it!🤩 definitely this will be the place I would stay everytime I go from now on.

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

Very Nice and clean! Great views! Huge bonus: beach gear and wagon! Fully stocked kitchen, great wi-fi, washer and dryer. Comfy furniture. Condo has nice amenities - gym and movie theatre where you pick the movie. We were a little surprised no windows in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom - simply the way the layout of the condo. Perfect location and added bonus great views for the SpaceX launch too. We have added to our list to stay here again when in South Padre.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The beach was just a short walk away, which made everything even better. Would definitely stay here again.

Denise was very helpful and responsive. The accommodation felt like our home away from home. The area was very peaceful and had a beautiful beach view. There was also alot of extra activities like ping pong, racquetball, tennis, etc. to keep us busy on a rainy day. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to feel at home on the island while enjoying your vacation!

I had a fantastic stay at this condo in South Padre Island, Texas. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made check-in and any questions super easy. The location was perfect, and everything felt just as described. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SPI, and I’d happily stay here again!

Herman took the time to personally greet me when I got there! Made me aware that he would be available if I needed anything and that he was just a message away. Place is just as pictured and had everything I needed. Recommend for someone that is looking for a comfortable place to stay at. Great location as well!

This is a lovely place to stay! My family loved our time here and they were so excited about the adorable bunk room. There are actually 2 identical pools, and the kids really enjoyed that. The walk to the beach is not too far but you may want a cart for stuff and younger ones. The unit itself is beautiful and looks just like the photos. We felt right at home. The host was responsive and kind in all interactions.

Frank was very responsive and would answer within the hour, the house was clean, everything we needed for kitchenware was there and the smell of the overall house was nice, clear instructions aswell.

Extremely pleased with the place. Was as pictures and description listed. Obvious that the owner maintains and takes pride in the place. We were only 2 people so not having a second bedroom was no issue. Would be tight to have more than 2 people as there would be very limited room to have the sofa bed open. What is lacking in space inside is more than made up for by the beautiful and spacious decks outside. We loved taking the chairs from the upper deck down to the dock area for breakfast or just to sit in the evenings. Emiro responded promptly to a couple of questions upon our arrival. We would DEFINITELY want to book this place again when we return!

Brena’s place was great for our group! The only thing we weren’t aware of was that the third bedroom was actually a loft, so it’s only a two bedroom house. Other than that, everything was great!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice comfortable house with great things to do locally, nice pool at the clubhouse and perfect distance to South Padre Island.

Sergio was great, the place needs different couch and chair, directions for fans and lights, garbage disposal is broken, never did figure out how to reset temperature on refrigerator to keep items from freezing.
