This place was as described. We’ll be doing this one again for sure.

Frank was very responsive and would answer within the hour, the house was clean, everything we needed for kitchenware was there and the smell of the overall house was nice, clear instructions aswell.

Extremely pleased with the place. Was as pictures and description listed. Obvious that the owner maintains and takes pride in the place. We were only 2 people so not having a second bedroom was no issue. Would be tight to have more than 2 people as there would be very limited room to have the sofa bed open. What is lacking in space inside is more than made up for by the beautiful and spacious decks outside. We loved taking the chairs from the upper deck down to the dock area for breakfast or just to sit in the evenings. Emiro responded promptly to a couple of questions upon our arrival. We would DEFINITELY want to book this place again when we return!

Fabulous! Private, quiet, and what a beautiful view. All the small touches made a difference: beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage so you can head out for the day. Close to everything: 25 minutes to the beautiful beaches on South Padre Island, 15 minutes to grocery stores, 5 minutes from the pool and clubhouse. You can walk in the gated community for miles. We came for a quiet getaway and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, comfortable and spacious living spaces. The host was so responsive when we needed anything or had questions, and came over within minutes to show us how to use something. Highly recommend for your trip down here!

This is our 3rd time staying at Jessica’s and we highly recommend. House has everything you need, clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient; great walking distance to so many places - Wingstop, local bakery, DQ and Acai bowls are our go-to’s, not to mention right across from Gravity Park!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! We felt safe at all times, we were close to the spots we wanted to see and when we weren't cruising around, we had a relaxing time by the pool! We definitely will be back!!

Stayed here with our two grandsons, 5 and 15 years old. I cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean, and getting to the beach was super easy. The host didn't bug us with multiple text messages but did check in and provided simple instruments. We would for sure stay here again.

It’s our second time staying at the Sandcastle Inn/ Sandy’s Feet. We enjoyed our proximity to the beach and other walkable areas nearby including Blackbeards and Dollar General for quick supply runs. Our hosts were friendly and respectful. We would absolutely stay again!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! Condo was just as described/like the photos. The beach was about a 3-5min walk . My kids LOVED the pool. Very clean. Working television in both the living room and bedroom. Wifi, Netflix, etc available. AC worked GREAT. There was boardgames, beach toys, a game console. Only thing I did not like was a 10am checkout which I knew at booking and I think that’s pretty standard for a condo at the beach to allow for the cleaning service. Would definitely stay here again.

We go every year but Laura’s place was by far my favorite trip to south Texas. Will definitely be using again.

Loved staying here. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach. A lot of things close by! I would stay here again!! Also Frank was friendly, helpful and responded quickly.

This was a great place to stay. It was close to lots of activities and had everything we needed! Our host left all the info we may require for our stay and we really didn't need to reach out to them for anything as it was all already taken care of.

Had a great stay! The price, location, and amenities were exactly what I was looking for. Francis was very proactive in communicating where to park, how to get in, and what to do for checkout. Also very quick responses for any questions.

Herman took the time to personally greet me when I got there! Made me aware that he would be available if I needed anything and that he was just a message away. Place is just as pictured and had everything I needed. Recommend for someone that is looking for a comfortable place to stay at. Great location as well!

This place looked right out on the ocean. The place was the perfect size for my husband and I. The entire place is clean and very quiet after 10 pm. It was easy to get to the beach, and there was also a pool and hot tub. There were lots of choices for places to eat. We really enjoyed visiting the turtle hospital and bird sanctuary.
