Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Port O'Connor

Our family had a wonderful time at Jill’s place, everything was clean and the set up was perfect for our group. We’ll definitely be back for our next “staycation”.

We had a wonderful time at the home. This was our second time to stay, and we will for sure be back again. We love the location; it is close to everything. The hosts are very nice and answered all of our questions.

Oilfield worker here, and it was a pleasure to come home everyday after work to Jessica’s BnB. Private and calm surroundings. Great Kitchen, grill, and plenty of hot water were my highlights. Definitely will be using her again when I’m back for work.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described. It is wonderful to see the transformation that has come since John and Hanna have taken over. The rooms are very nice and cozy. It was set up with everything we needed for a few nights stay. We will definitely book again. The location is excellent. Just a few miles from the Indianola fishing Marina and the local gas stations / convenience store. The water is literally across the road just a few steps away. Great fishing. All of the people we talked to were very friendly. A very safe area.

Great as always, only thing I would change is a bigger bed but definitely still worth the price, and the location is on point. Thank you Nora 🙂

We enjoyed a relaxing time at Michelle's. It was a perfect spot for us from which to make excursions to local birding hotspots such as Aransas and Goose Island, where we saw whooping cranes and way over 50 other species of bird, so we had a great time, as we are avid birdwatchers.

Perfect spot for a fishing trip on San Antonio Bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Super quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy stay, which was what I needed.

We had an Amazing time, I will say because we are so close to the beach the mosquitos can be quite bad so bring a repellent and your like new again! Pictures do not do justice to the room. bigger than expected and very nice. I would definitely come back. Nora was a great host and also the co host was next door and super helpful! very quiet and peaceful ☺️

We had an amazing stay at Melissa’s cabin over Memorial Day weekend! As a family of five with three small kids, the space inside the cabin was perfect—plenty of room for everyone. The location couldn’t have been better, right next to the playground and splash pad, which kept the kids entertained for hours. The giant blue foam blocks were a huge hit too! Inside the clubhouse, there was the cutest little craft area where the kids could make friendship bracelets. We made some before we left, and the girls absolutely loved it—it was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast pizza was phenomenal, and the easy access to the water and fun activities made the whole experience even better. We only stayed one night, but if we’d had more time, the girls would’ve loved swimming in the pool. Overall, it was such an awesome and unexpected getaway. Truly a delightful KOA experience—we couldn’t have asked for more!

We had a great time. We brought our boat so we were able to go and explore. David is a great host. He communicated well with us beforehand to let us know what we needed to bring. He is on the property and there to help with anything you may need, or just be in the shadows. If you want to go enjoy the beach he is happy to give you a ride. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. There two A/C units that keep the house nice and cold. If you are up for something quiet and away from everything, this is the place.

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The area is very quiet so if you are looking for a peaceful getaway with some fishing it’s the perfect place to me. Mark was super easy to communicate with and answered within minutes. We recommend!

My wife and I stayed for a few days and really enjoyed our visit. Remote area that is great for someone who wants to fish and get away from the city life. It’s a good fish camp type setup that is nothing fancy and it’s priced that way. We really enjoyed visiting with the host and learning about the history of the area.

To us it's like hidden Gem, peaceful,calm quiet,relaxing home. Description doesn't express the beauty of this home property. we stayed for 3nights and coming from a big city it was refreshing to back to nature even got to see alligators in the wild,even though they were more afraid of us. Owner was very responsive. The home was very nice well equipped with everything..its like your home away from home. we will be coming more often already planning our next booking here. memorial wknd getaway 2025

Clean rental, clean pool, great host in the office; also, you can use Apple Pay/tap at the store, which is nice and convenient. The store has lots of items (drinks, firewood, ice, etc)
