Room 2 35 m² with double bed 160, double bed 140 and pull-out sofa bed 140, large wardrobe, armchair and TV. Separate entrance and parking on the premises. 1 crib and 2 highchairs are available. Important facilities such as a gas station (20m), supermarket (200m), bakery (100m) and restaurant (150m) within walking distance.

The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large terrace with seating area offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.

Mitten in der Stadt im begehrten Szeneviertel Sternschanze - St. Pauli und doch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, mit eigenem Garten lässt es sich bei mir so richtig schön entspannen :) Fussläufig zur Messe und zum Partyviertel, zu vielen leckeren Restaurants und guten Bar's, diversen Theatern und Musical's bis hin zu schönen Parks die zu einem Spaziergang einladen, hat man alles vor der Haustür was das Herz begehrt.

Bus and S-Bahn connections are in close proximity. Supermarket, kiosk and parking are right outside.

Farmhouse “Lillebroers“ in the Altes Land

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view.
