We offer 4 fixed sleeping places, a double bed (2 × 2 m), another double bed (1.8 × m) and a single bed (sofa bed), as well as a single mattress, which can be used if necessary. The apartment has 3 rooms, a kitchen with normal amenities and a modern bathroom with a bathtub and large shower, as well as a balcony with a view… There is a dining area, as well as a smart TV. Mein "7SEAS Apartment" ist ein topp gestyltes 30 qm Studio in sehr zentraler aber ruhiger Lage in Bad Oeynhausen.Am Ende einer Sackgasse,am Sielpark gelegen,gibt es viel Grün aber keinen Durchgangsverkehr.Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss durch den Park in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen(1km).Durch die optimale Lage zur A2 und A30 ist diese"Junior Suite" besonders geeignet für Messebesucher,Geschäftsleute und Monteure aber auch für Ruhesuchende Feriengäste.Zum Herzzentrum sind es 3km

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr schnell an allen wichtigen Orten. Das bekannte Herzzentrum ist gut erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum kannst du auch zu Fuß schnell erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ,zum Beispiel ein Einkaufszentrum , sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Ein Balkon ist vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Gästebett.Auf Wunsch kann eine 4. Person übernachten. Dort ist ein 2. Bad. Das ist mit Aufpreis dazu zu mieten.

Das Kaiser Wilhelm Denkmal, der Fernsehturm, der Weserradweg, Naherholungsgebiet Großer Weserbogen , Wasserstraßenkreuz und Wittekindsburg sind in Nähe und die Westfälische Pforte (Porta Westfalica übrigens der einzige lateinische Ortsname in Deutschland. Die Weser fließt hindurch. Einen Penny gibt es im Ort sowie einen Imbiss und ein Restaurant.

Charmante 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Minden. Diese gemütliche, neu gestaltete Wohnung bietet alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen. Das helle Wohnzimmer lädt zum Entspannen ein, das Schlafzimmer bietet ein großes 1,80 Meter Doppelbett. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Mindener Innenstadt ist in rund 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Meine Frau Annette und ich freuen uns auf Euren Besuch.

You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment has direct access to the terrace and the beautiful garden, which is available together with us owners. The apartment has its own entrance. It is a non-smoking apartment. Schlosspark Bückeburg is only 3 km away. Sorry, pets are not allowed because of the garden pond. In addition, two friendly miniature poodles belong to our household, which also use the common garden.
