The apartment was fantastic! The space is comfortable and clean. High aesthetics. Quiet and easy parking. The instructions were clear. Definitely value for money choice in everything.

It was amazing place. I definitely recommend anybody who likes to feel nature.

The Villas are quite amazing, modern and very private, you feel to be in vacation the second you get inside the complex. The private beach is literally a 3 min walking and it is one of the best in the island. The cleanliness is incredible. It is the place to be on the island. The man in charge is Spyros, he holds the reservation and his help change your stay from A vacation to THE vacation: he helps from the day before your arrival and sets everything in motion so that when you enter the villas you feel at home. He shares with you the most valuable information about what to do, where and when and is always available 24/7; he also helped with the boat renting (George Boat Renting is another 5-star guy that I suggest you) and wanted to be there when we left! The last night we had dinner there, Spyros went to buy fresh fish for us and Nick, THE chef 👨‍🍳 , cooked for us a no brainer grilled fish (Michelin star!) I just wanna thank them for all the real help and hard work! Hope to come back!

It is the PERFECT getaway, private and peaceful, but not too far from incredible restaurants and active cities. Kiriakos is one of a kind! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family and I LOVED our time here.

Great beach house with lots of space. Excellent communication with the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Family friendly and a bit isolated. The only thing to be aware of is the right way to get there. In general we had a great time! Thank you :)

The first thing that pops into my mind when coming to write about Simos’ house is the iconic movie “A room with a view” . But here we have a house with a view. And what a beautiful view. The amazing blue sea is there in front of you wherever you look. An endless blue tranquility that gives so much peace and quiet. Spectacular ! The house had all we needed: clean towels and linen, kitchen with the necessary equipment etc’. A part from that the village is small but has everything we wanted. We found a peace of heaven on earth and we look forward to come back. Thank you Simos for this amazing experience we had in your house.

We enjoyed our stay at Κλάρα and Christos' Airbnb and would recommend it for any couple or young family wanting a base for exploring the Pelion peninsula. The property is a single floor apartment in a modern high-spec villa complex. Inside it is spacious and comfortable, and one of the best equipped Airbnb's I've ever stayed at - it had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen equipment, extra linen/towels, to toiletries. Outside there is a covered sofa area with a nice view across the sea, and a connected courtyard with barbecue and table/chairs. It's a short walk to the nearest beach, and a 5 min drive in to the centre of Afissos. Christos was an exemplary host, in contact in advance with helpful instructions, and was always available by phone throughout our stay to answer questions/help.

Christina's place is spacious and close to the sea and has great views of sea and sunset. She and Giannis are very friendly and they warmly welcomed us with smile and local cake, water bottles and juice. Throughout our stay, we always found them to be very responsive. They were also kind and made some time to say goodbye before we were leaving. The house is clean and well maintained! Highly recommended.

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

The reality exceeded the photos we saw. A real gem of Mrs. Anneli's house. Spotless, bright, functional, spacious, quiet had everything we needed. Mrs. Anneli was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, she generously offered us her hospitality in her lovely home and we had a great weekend. Thank you Ms. Anneli, we will visit again!

Great central apartment. Fridge stocked with wine and water as well as milk and butter. Snacks also provided. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here!

The place is really great. Located on the top floor and we felt very comfortable right away. You can see that people lived here before, a lot is very well thought out. On Fridays, there is even a weekly market in the two side streets, worth seeing.

Fabulous! A comfortable studio, decorated with care and taste, very well equipped, quiet, close to the beach - and the beautiful archaeological museum -, with a bus stop 1 min walk away, and an extraordinary terrace, with magnificent views! Add the little welcome gifts ( excellent white wine and delicious chocolates), and you have all the conditions for a divine stay! Thank you Petros, for your care too, and your great courtesy!

The space was exactly as in the photos, with all the modern amenities, clean and beautiful. It is located close to the center of Volos, at a walking distance. Angeliki is very helpful and prompt in her response with courtesy. We rented the apartment to friends and they were absolutely satisfied. A minor observation is that the apartment number should be displayed outside the apartment so that it can be identified on the floor.
