The apartment has glass doors opening to a lower-floor terrace. It is part of the house of the owner, who lives there but you will hardly see, ensuring full privacy.

It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.
