All great, the house was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable. We were in 6 people and everyone loved it. All rooms have air-conditioning, and the room as well. Note 10. It was very clean organized with excellent kitchen utensils. All very new, I felt at home. Access to the beach very easily, everything is very close by, restaurants, markets, pharmacy. Easy access to 101 so you can also enjoy the beaches around Itapema. Quiet place without many noises, quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place.
