We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

We had such a lovely stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the most stunning beach, with tons of great restaurants nearby. The area is peaceful and beautiful and the pool was a huge bonus—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by gorgeous views. The hosts were incredible—so friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in super easy. We’d definitely come back! The only small downsides were that there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, which we’ve always had at other Airbnbs—it caught us off guard since we hadn’t packed any, and the nearby store was quite pricey. Also, the kitchen was missing a few basic cooking essentials like oil, which would’ve made it easier to cook at home. Other than that, everything was amazing and we truly enjoyed our time there. Would absolutely recommend it and hope to return!

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig gelegen ist und trotzdem ist alles im Ort problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 5 min. ist man im Hafen wo es auch die Möglichkeit gibt schwimmen zu gehen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles war wie beschrieben und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. Das schöne und gemütliche Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Beide Terrassen und ein hübscher Garten erhöhen die Aufenthaltsqualität. Es liegt im dörflichen Wohnbezirk. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Ein kleiner Kaufladen liegt sehr nahe und bietet alles in guter Qualität. Wir haben uns gleich wie „Zuhause“ gefühlt. Der Hafen ist nahe und lädt zum Bummeln. Mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Schwimmen sind gut erreichbar. Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.

This home in Portocolom is amazing. The location right on the water is a huge plus to not only be able to jump in and swim, kayak, os SUP whenever you want, but it faces west so the sunsets on a chaise with a glass of Spanish wine were a highlight of our trip. There were lots of things for 2 preteen boys to occupy themselves with including ping pong, a piano, guitars, toys and even a puppet stage they surprisingly got a kick out of. The local beach is leas than a 5 minute walk, wonderful food and service at both restaurants there and you can reserve sun beds. Maria and her family were super friendly, her son met us for check in and gave us a walkthrough of the home. She was very responsive over what’s app and gave us a ton of recommendations, even told of us the local Santanyi market which we ended up gong to twice because my wife loved it so much. Overall one of the best airbnbs we’ve rented and we would highly recommend it for a family of 4 to 6.

Felt right at home! The house is well decorated and stoked and very peaceful! It was wonderful waking up and either going to look at the ocean or a swim at the Cala! Isabelle was very attentive yet easy going! Great location for a quick drive to other cala’s or smaller towns!

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! Super schön renoviertes altes Dorfhaus in zweiter Reihe vom Hafen von Cala Rajada. Mit viel Geschmack umgebaut und eingerichtet. Minimalistisch und doch gemütlich. Perfekt zum Relaxen. Strahlt Ruhe aus. Sehr sauber. Toller Innenhof (patio) und Innenbalkon, aber dafür keine Terrasse mit Aussicht - wie es eben zu einem mallorquinischen Dorfhaus gehört. Fußläufig zu Restaurants, Geschäften und der Uferpromenade, sowie zu dem traumhaften kleinen Strand Cala Gat. Für uns ideal, weil jeder auch mal selbständig was unternehmen konnten und wir nicht immer auf das Auto angewiesen waren. Ideal für wer keine Standard-Touristenherberge will und doch nicht auf einer Finca weit ab von allem. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Es ist gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool sehr geschätzt. Für die Sauna war es uns bei dem schönen Wetter etwas zu warm. Morgens und Abends am grossen Tisch draussen zu sitzen war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Eroski und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hätten uns in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Geschirr etc. ist alles eher knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 5-6 Personen dort ist), sind aber auch damit im Endeffekt dann gut klar gekommen :-). Antoni war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas fehlte. Er hatte auch viele Infos und Tipps was es in der Umgebung gibt. Ein guter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

6 ladies and we found everything absolutely fantastic, all amenities within easy reach, taxi at the end of the road which was fab on the very rare occasion when we needed one. all in all would definitely recommend .

We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse auf der 2. Etage sowie der Zugang zum Meer. Hier auf den Felsen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und man kann sich sonnen und picknicken. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super schön! Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind zwar nicht super modern, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Wij hebben met ons gezin een geweldige vakantie in het huis van Guillermo gehad. Het is een ruim, mooi huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Guillermo is een fijne host: heel gastvrij, vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Het huis is op 5 minuten lopen van de baai van Font de sa Cala gelegen. Met de auto ben je in 15 minuten bij andere mooie stranden in de regio. Dank je wel voor het verblijf in jouw huis Guillermo, we hopen in de toekomst nog eens terug te komen!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about
