A comfortable and very pleasant stay awaits you in an apartment on the first floor with independent entrance, bedroom, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, private bathroom, full kitchen, washing machine, fridge and terrace with relaxation corner. The apartment is accessed from the courtyard which is the only thing in common with the floor below, where there is another inhabited apartment. The house is 150 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center where there are bars, restaurants and shops.

Chateau Meu: Luxury bungalow by the sea

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

A typical Sicilian house overlooks a lovely inlet. The main body of the house consists of a veranda, a living room communicating with the kitchen, a bathroom, a loft with a double bedroom and a triple bedroom. The house is located in the center, 30 meters from the sea. No motorized vehicles are needed, but you can rent them. Guests will always be welcomed with courtesy in a simple, but lovingly cared for environment. They will find the house equipped with everything they need.

L'appartamento dispone di 2 Camere da letto, Soggiorno, Cucinino, Bagno e antibagno con lavatrice, Veranda vista giardino, Giardino con barbecue e doccia esterna, Solarium vista mare con accesso in spiaggia. La spiaggia è libera, il fondale è sabbioso e particolarmente adatto ai bambini.

La casa è al piano superiore di una villetta che declina verso il mare composta da due appartamenti autonomi. Grande 80 mq , troverete due camere da letto, un bagno ( recentemente ristrutturato) e un soggiorno-cucina. Si può godere di un ampia e ben attrezzata terrazza che concede una bella vista sul mare e nella quale è possibile organizzare pranzi e cene all'aperto, accompagnate da tramonti mozzafiato. Una brevissima stradella vi condurrà sulla spiaggia.

Delightful cottage on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sciacca: fine sand and crystal clear water. Two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen and large fenced space in front for exclusive use overlooking the beach. You won't have to envy Inspector Montalbano anymore: thirty steps south and you can start swimming. The house is equipped with everything: washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, coffee maker and a small barbecue.
