Monthly Rentals in Porto Pino

Best location in Porto Pino - really close to the beach and our sailing venue. Yet extremely private and peaceful. Dani was incredibly attentive and helpful to all our needs. Will absolutely return to stay in Villa Lucia if back in Porto Pino one day.

We stayed at Valentina’s place in lovely Porto Pino for a long weekend end of May. The apartment was great, everything in perfect state and matching pictures and description. The location is fantastic as well, walking distance to the amazing Prima Spiaggia and Porto Pino main areas. Also the parking spot was extremely useful and well indicated. Valentina was super proactive in suggesting things to do in the surroundings and very flexible for check in/ check out timing. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to experience a taste of Sardegna and I really hope to go back anytime soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).

veronica is very kind and helpful. Apartment as described. Very clean (we entered and smelled clean even on the patio). Very accessory house.. two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). two fans (one on the patio and one in the room). everything you need to cook.. dishwasher and washing machine.. smart TV and wifi. the apartment is located at the top of the hills with a beautiful view.. Quiet, full of greenery, with a private parking space and a gate at the entrance.. The only downside (if we want to call it) and the steep road is not paved.. 5 minutes by car from the parking lot of the first beach and 15 minutes from the parking lot of the dunes.. to reach the village, shops and the beach you have to have a car..Otherwise the walking road is a little long and not illuminated at night. It was a wonderful experience that we will surely repeat
