This is the second time we have returned to Marco's place, the house is beautiful, well furnished and functional, located in the center of Montelupone, a town with a beautiful and very quiet historic center. We felt right at home

Sabina's place is spectacular with ocean views from every room. It's a truly peaceful retreat. We didn't want to leave!

This was a great place to stay in Ancona in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with all the attractions within walkable distance. The apartment is lovely, all white decor, so very bright, with two large bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room. Michael was the perfect host. He recommended a good restaurant and organised a taxi to the airport. Five stars all round!

Feeling at home. Spaces with attention to every detail, disposable accessories and excellent house cleaning. Our one-year-old baby enjoyed the comfortable cradle provided by Ms. Paola at no extra charge. 5 stars to Ms. Paola for how she receives her guests.

I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The view is truly magical, even better than the photos, which don’t begin to capture how special it really is. What made the experience even more unforgettable were our amazing hosts, Paola and Luca. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a family of six and this place was extremely comfortable for us all. We loved the pool and used the kitchen to cook several times. We had some of the best food of our whole Italy trip in nearby towns, following the recommendations given to us by Paola. I can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable stay in a perfect setting. I’m already planning a couples trip to come back!

Beautiful and cozy apartment, very close to the Civitanova promenade. Equipped with everything, perfect for a weekend but also for longer stays.

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Exceptional experience. Wonderful host. House a bomboniera.infissi for soundproofing, laundry area and garage for beach games and bikes. Everything perfect. Apartment 3 minutes from the sea. All amenities on the doorstep. Practically in the center. Apartment with all the comforts and super clean, cozy. An experience to be repeated.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 meters away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your door. Great location, very helpful and kind host. The very large balcony offers an ideal space for a vacation home, also compensating for the slightly reduced spaces of the house. The house is 10 minutes from the sea and in a strategic location to reach nearby seaside resorts.

Rosella and her husband welcomed us courteously late in the evening upon our arrival. The accommodation is very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. I already know we'll be back.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Lovely stay. The location is super evocative and peaceful. A paradise surrounded by greenery and tranquility, where you can do several activities: from lounging in the beautiful pool to the barbecue, from ping pong and foosball to enjoying the tranquility of the place on the lounge chairs reading a good book. We were 5 girls and they didn't miss anything. At the front desk, Alice welcomed us and made us feel at home. Super available for anything, as well as tips about the surroundings of Civitanova. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back to do the experience in the bubble rooms and spa.

the house is beautiful, all new and clean. Very kind and helpful host. The jacuzzi is a sight to behold, we relaxed both after the trip and every evening when we returned from the sea. Definitely recommended!

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.
