Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch der Kontakt mit Nicola war sehr nett und freundlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit ansprechenden Details. Grosszügiger Ess- und Wohnbereich. Gemütliche Terasse mit Blick auf den riesigen Garten. Sehr ruhig, nur leider ist in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster die Strasse gut zu hören. Der nächste Strand ist etwa 15-20 Minuten mit den Auto entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank!

Great place to stay! Perfect location. Walking distance to the shop and restaurants. Lovely and authentic Italian house / flat . Cecilia was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub mit wunderbaren Gastgebern!! Rita & Franco waren sehr hilfsbereit & haben uns gut mit Informationen über die Gegend & Gepflogenheiten informiert. Sie haben sich immer mal wieder gemeldet und gefragt ob bei uns alles passt & ob wir bei irgendetwas Unterstützung brauchen. Einfach unglaublich liebe Menschen!! Die Unterkunft ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts! Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden bestimmt wieder mal kommen!! Le logement de Mirella offre une vue imprenable et magnifique sur la baie d Olbia . Nous se sommes restés qu une nuit mais nous avons pu apprécié la propreté et la mise à disposition les équipements de ce logement. Vous serez accueilli chaleureusement par Mirella une hôte disponible,d une grande gentillesse et qui aime faire plaisir à ses voyageurs...une surprise gourmande nous attendait...nous pouvons que recommander ce logement ..merci Mirella.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Mit viel Liebe eingerichteter Bungalow inkl. schönem Vorgarten zum Verweilen. Es hatte alles, was man für einen Strandurlaub braucht (wir konnten auch Strandtücher und Sonnenschirm gratis benutzen). Ideal mit Kindern, da Spielplatz gleich neben Bungalow. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Strände und Ausflüge (vieles auch zu Fuss erreichbar). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Nous avons rencontré des gens très gentil et très ouvert. L’endroit est calme paisible. Très bien proportionné. Jolie piscine très agréable. À proximité de Santa Teresa. Jolie petite ville. Plage (très belle). À proximité. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Super schöne ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist super, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und der Ausblick unvergesslich. Terrasse ist fast größer als die Wohnung selbst. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht, allerdings sollte mal wieder renoviert werden und ein paar Teile ausgewechselt werden.

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

A truly beautiful contemporary open plan villa within a striking secluded hilltop setting , together with private pool . Easily accessed and equidistant to Olbia and the stunning beaches of Costa Smeralda . A wonderful retreat after a day exploring this beautiful part of Sardinia

I can’t recommend Clara’s apartment enough! We are already planning our next trip back! From the stunning views on the terrace, to the comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room, to the well-equipped kitchen, to having a washer/dryer, to the easy and free parking, to the convenient location…this place had everything we were longing for. It was a perfect long wknd in Porto Cervo. Clara was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. :) thank you!!

posizione ottimale (a pochi passi dalla piazzetta e dalla chiesa), terrazza incantevole su cui cenare vista mare con sottofondo musicale del vicino ristorante. letti comodi e ventilatore silenzioso (anche se la casa ha riscontro di aria vista la posizione un po elevata rispetto ad altre). armoniosa nell'arredamento. host sempre disponibile anche venendo incontro ad esigenze di orari. grazie Sabrina!

Un grand merci à Sebastiano pour cette semaine de dolce vita à Porto Rotondo: c’est un resort très bien conçu , la piscine est superbe, les jardins très bien entretenus, la plage à 12 minutes à pied et l’appartement de Sebastiano très confortable, la climatisation parfaite , la terrasse appréciée, bref rien à redire . Encore merci à Sebastiano pour son adaptabilité ( nous avions un vol tardif ) et sa gentillesse ! On espère revenir au printemps prochain !!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Enricas Wohnung und wurden sehr herzlich von Federico empfangen. Einchecken konnten wir netterweise schon etwas eher, was uns das Ankommen mit Kleinkind und Baby sehr erleichtert hat, lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und wir haben den kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Am letzten Abschnitt des Strandes hatten wir auch unseren Hund dabei, was dort anscheinend kein Problem ist. Oft waren wir dort sogar alleine. Lieben Dank nochmal an Enrica, Rosa und Federico, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Porto Istana!

Tutto funzionante alla perfezione! Dalla cucina al bagno e all’aria condizionata (che però non abbiamo usato in quanto l’appartamento è molto fresco e anche se le temperature variavano tra i 32 e i 22 gradi, si stava benissimo; per giunta delle ottime zanzariere permettono di lasciare aperte le finestre anche di notte). L’appartamento è dotato davvero di tutto, non abbiamo dovuto comprare nulla, ma proprio nulla. A pochi metri una spiaggia tranquillissima anche in pieno agosto. A 10-15 minuti a piedi la spiaggia Ira, con i classici fondali turchesi della Sardegna. L’arredamento è perfetto, come probabilmente non lo è neanche a casa vostra. Tutto è stato scelto con un’attenzione incredibile ai più minimi particolari. Maria Laura è discretissima, ma quando avete bisogno di lei (peraltro non per problemi con l’appartamento che non abbiamo avuto, ma per richieste turistiche ☺️) reagisce come una F1. E ci ha indirizzato verso delle spiagge magnifiche che non conoscevamo.

Vraiment magnifique, la maison est impeccable dans un secteur tranquille à proximité de Porto Rotondo où l’on retrouve restaurant et petits commerces. Aussi, à environ 11km de Olbia, facile d’accès. Mais au delà de l’extraordinaire maison il y a l’accueil chaleureux, bienveillant et attentionné des hôtes qui nous ont fournis des renseignements sur les meilleurs restos, épicerie etc. Nous avons vécu un moment difficile lors d’un accident malheureux avec blessure, toutefois nous ne pouvions avoir meilleur endroit pour nous reposer et de profiter de ce superbe environnement. Un renseignement que nous n’avions pas est que l’eau n’est pas potable à plusieurs endroits en Sardaigne, donc assurez-vous d’acheter de l’eau embouteillée avant d’arriver. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.
