The two apartments are composed of: independent entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of renting only one room inside the villa, which also has a private entrance and a private bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available for guests, in the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and green space to eat. Ideal for a romantic stay, both for those who are passionate about nature and culture (nearby you can visit wineries and oil mills, or the most important art cities of Marche) for those who choose to take a holiday by the sea not even two kilometres away you can reach the velvety beaches of the Adriatic coast, with all the services for fun and leisure.

The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!
