Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Great location and excellent apartment.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

We received a very warm welcome from the family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation. Our host, Pia, surprised us several times with freshly baked cakes, eggs from their own chickens, and even an aperitivo by the pool. The garage features a 6–7 kW charger for electric cars, which is a major plus for this area and accommodation. I’d totally recommend staying at the accommodation in this area.

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

The most beautiful agriturismo we have been to so far! The accommodation was perfect and the view from the terrace was simply fantastic. We were there by chance alone and really enjoyed it! Super many play opportunities for children, a vegetable garden, chickens, the pool and a wine cellar. We will be happy to come back! We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We were guests on New Year's Eve and it was only a positive experience. A slightly difficult area to reach, using a suitable car on unpaved roads is recommended. Maja was very nice and approachable, during the days the house was heated and very welcoming.

Really lovely rustic house in a beautiful location amongst olive trees. Tamsin was a great host, promptly answering any queries we had and making good recommendations. Veg plot was a great bonus for easy salads on hot days! We had a lovely trip!

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thank you Chiara for helping to make our little vacation special!! We liked everything. The apartment is pretty big and looks even better in person than in the photos. It was comfortable for a weeklong stay.

For our holiday with two children, the apartment is perfectly suitable. Clean and cozy. There is a railway nearby, but the soundproofing in the apartment is beautiful. This noise didn't bother us. It was very nice to feel the care of the hosts: a bottle of water in the fridge, shower gel and soap in the bathroom, beautifully laid towels, packed salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil. Everything you could need during your vacation, if I forgot something myself) The location is wonderful. We really appreciate it.

We wanted to stay near family in Porto San Giorgio and this was the perfect location. It’s walkable to the beach and close to lovely restaurants

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

Good apartment with big balcony and see view. I liked quiet location a bit away from beach (few minutes) near by is big supermarket. Well equipt kitchen, fast wifi. Good price/quality balance. Would definitely come back

Salvina and Giovanni were fantastic. They welcomed us with affection, prepared the house with great care and excellent hospitality! They did it with a kind heart and soul, thank you very much! The house enjoys a panoramic view of the sea, the interiors have everything you need and one of the best features is the outdoor shower (the view remains unbeatable)! Very clean environment! Numana is a small, typical, and charming town, the pebble beaches are well maintained, and the sea is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!
