By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. La mia casa è situata in pieno centro storico e si affaccia sulla piazzetta della chiesa a due passi dal lungomare di Porto S. Stefano. La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

The Cottage of Villa Sveva, wonderful sea view

This delightful cottage is located on Monte Argentario, in the heart of a large park shaded by centuries-old olive trees and numerous Mediterranean plants, arranged on terraces sloping along the ridge. The view is breathtaking: a very blue sea dotted with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago: Elba, Giglio, Montecristo and Corsica. The delightful little house is well organized and decorated with the characteristic Vietri tiles and Tuscan terracotta.

I tre mari è la sistemazione ideale per una coppia di innamorati in cerca di pace e tranquillità. Situata nel cuore del monte argentario con una vista stupenda sul mare, può essere un punto di partenza per molti sentieri da trekking o per raggiungere tutte le calette dell’Argentario. A soli 2km dal mare, la strada per arrivare è tortuosa e in parte sterrata. Non è un posto per tutti!
