The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Very modern, cozy, and central attic apartment. Very comfortable for 2 people, can sleep up to 4 with the sofa bed. The attic has a balcony with a stunning view on the lake. The house contains 3 apartments and has been refurbished in 2021, with high-standard equipment and ecological heating and cooling. High-speed internet with starlink, and free access to our own coworking space downstairs. Also ideal for remote working. Catering of regional specialties available.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included.
