Medieval cottage (approx 800 D.C.) with approx. 1000 m2 of garden, wonderful sea view. The house is located in the historic center of Portovenere, just below the church of San Lorenzo (bells ringing regularly still today) and at the foot of the Castle and has a surface of about 110 m2. To access the house you have to climb the steep staircase of the village (120 steps), so it is not a place suitable for the disabled, the elderly and those who have walking difficulties.
