Jeremy and Anne invite you to our bright and tastefully decorated modern two-bedroom apartment which has all the essentials you will need to have a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples and small families. It is right by the beach and 20-mins from the centre of Edinburgh so is perfect for a relaxing holiday or city break. Large free car park adjacent and free on street parking. Based on feedback, we've also added a Tassimo coffee pod machine.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision

We don't accept bookings from local residents for their own stay, but bookings for visiting family are welcome with prior approval.

Welcome to my home, right on Edinburgh's seaside! My apartment is a traditional Victorian building, a 60 second walk to the beach and the Promenade - Portobello is the place to be if you want to experience more local life and enjoy the sea air and many brilliant restaurants, bars and shops whilst still being very close to the centre. Several direct & quick bus services to the city centre stop right across the road departing and arriving very regularly. Hope to hear from you!

Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.

We are next to lovely cafes, bakeries, bars, independent shops and restaurants, and there are excellent transport links to get into the centre of Edinburgh in 30 minutes.
