Casa situada en primera linea de playa, con piscina y a.c desde donde se disfruta de una vista impresionante de toda la bahía de Portocolom. El lugar favorito de quien pasa por esta casa es la terraza, donde se puede disfrutar, tanto de una cena especial, percibiendo la luz del faro, como una lectura al atardecer, o el simple disfrute de contemplar la pintoresca vida de la bahía y la playa. La casa tiene mucha luz, es apacible y está flanqueada por mar, y por detrás, por un tranquilo pinar.
