The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Highly recommended!

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

The tranquility of country life just a few meters from the beach and the sea - a true paradise for us. The accommodation in Capoliveri was also great with baby. Everything is within walking distance, numerous fantastic beaches can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. In mid-May, it was not too crowded - sometimes we were alone on the beach in the sun. Many thanks to Lucca for the great tips and the help in the apartment.

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. We'd love to come back!

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

Francesco and Jessica were very nice and always available. We were initially a little late by the ferry but we were always in contact and could check in flexibly. Francesco was waiting for us and accompanied us to the accommodation. The place is just outside and can only be reached by one vehicle. The garden is a good size, is very well maintained, completely fenced and the fireplace invites you to grill. All necessary materials are available for this. The apartment is clean and cozy. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom was clean and well furnished. There were enough towels available and there was shampoo etc. for 1-2 days. The rest of the apartment was also very nice. The town of Porto Azzuro has plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a very nice time on Elba and would be happy to come back.

I stayed a week with my girlfriend in Marieluise's place and had a great time thanks to the availability and kindness of the host. The house is really nice and cozy, in a great location for both evening nightlife and the convenience of shops, restaurants, etc. The house is cool thanks to the good location and is very ventilated. Marieluise was super helpful and kind. We had a problem with the heater, which you promptly replaced with a new one the next day (despite the Ferragosto period). She apologized a lot for this small inconvenience, although it didn't cause any inconvenience for us. Capoliveri is beautiful, especially at night, and the house allows you to fully enjoy the center. Thank you Marieluise for having this vacation beautifully!

First of all, I thank Giovanna and Luciano as they opened the doors of their home, making us feel at home. The house is perfectly as shown in the photos and description, and is a beautiful and well furnished apartment, recently renovated, and surrounded by an equally well-kept and pleasant garden. The hosts live in the apartment next door, but Giovanna and Luciano, in addition to being special people, are hosts who know how to guarantee privacy, but at the same time availability if required. The house, despite being a short walk from the center and the beach of Cavo, which is beautiful and also suitable for children, is surrounded by the hills of Elba, which in addition to offering a postcard landscape, guarantees a silence and sense of peace that is priceless. If you haven't figured it out yet, you should definitely come back!

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes to the beach on foot, there is also a beach in 20 minutes, the accommodation itself is good, it was clean, top for your money. I would like to express my special gratitude for the warm welcome to Simonetta and her son Matteo. They helped to book restaurants, advised what attractions, when it's worth visiting, sent a guide 2 weeks before arrival, helped to buy discounted ferry tickets.

We stayed a week, my partner, a 6-year-old girl and our 2 dogs...what can we say...we had a great time in all respects. Rossella, Francesco and the 2 children were very hospitable, friendly and never intrusive. Our place was clean and equipped with all possible amenities, including a spacious room, a kitchen complete with everything, even with a dishwasher and microwave, and a spacious bathroom. Sheets, towels, and even vacuum cleaners, clothesline, etc. Outside we had an area for exclusive use with table, chairs and umbrella. The view of the sea is fantastic and just go down stairs to get to the private beach of the villa where there is a terrace with lounge chairs and armchairs shared with other guests. If we return to the area, we will definitely always look for accommodation in Villa the hermite! Thank you so much 💖

Excellent welcome from the owners, especially Mrs. Silveria who just arrived showed us the spaces and the accommodation. There were little things that made us feel at home. The Shabby studio has everything we needed for our vacation, well-furnished and clean. Excellent presence of the gate in the loggia, which allowed us to leave our dog free to turn in and out of the room. The location is great, slightly out of the center, so quiet. We had two bicycles and we were able to enjoy the sea life in peace (by bike the center and the beach of Marina di Campo are less than 10 minutes away). I highly recommend this place for your Elba vacation!

Beautifully located apartment with wonderful views! Unfortunately, we had little sun on the north-facing terrace at the end of October. That's why we enjoyed staying in the sunnier garden. Alessandro is a very kind and committed host.

Great stay! A little far from restaurants and grocery stores (on foot but easy to reach by car). Amazing view of the bay during sunsets!!! Fully equipped kitchen (provide wine cups and cutting board) for simple meals. Peaceful and quiet location, the terrace is spacious and pleasant.

I highly recommend this place. The apartment is simple but clean and well-equipped. It offers everything you need with two small children (except for a high chair, but we brought that ourselves). There is a washing machine and even a small dishwasher. The best thing about the accommodation is the beautiful outdoor area - we loved sitting on the terrace and spent a lot of time in the beautiful (fully fenced) garden. The sea view is a dream! Nisportino is a very small, remote and therefore quiet place. There are no stores or cafés in the village. If you have a car and don't mind driving 20 minutes up a winding road to do your shopping (or 30 min to the nicest beaches), you can find peace and relaxation in the middle of the countryside here. It really is a very beautiful, unspoilt area, spared from the tourist crowds. A huge thank you to Gianluca, who is an excellent and very friendly host. He responded to all our questions within a few minutes and was always very easy to reach. Grazie!
