Villa Arillá is a fabulous place to spend time in Sicily. Close to Marina di Ragusa and nearby Ragusa, Scicli, Modica and Noto. Everything was easy and Tati was a fabulous host. We really enjoyed our holiday here and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Oriana is an absolutely wonderful host. She is extremely welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much. Oriana greeted us personally upon arrival and showed us around and how a few things worked. She then came back later on with fresh pizza dough - which she went out of her way to source on an Italian Bank Holiday, when most places were closed. She then stayed and helped make the pizza bases, whilst her husband was outside showing other members of our group how to use the outdoor pizza oven. This was far beyond what we’d ever expect of any Airbnb host. Incredible hospitality. The home itself was beautiful. It was so well equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. It’s also bigger than pictures suggest. The outdoor area is spotless again. I cannot recommend this property, and especially its host, highly enough. I could say so much more but for the character limit! Absolutely amazing stay and we will definitely visit again.

Marion’s house is the most beautiful air b&b that we have stayed in. The setting is magical, so private and peaceful, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The pool and garden area perfect for relaxing. The kitchen great for cooking, and there is a good, cheep supermarket in Vizzini. The outside dining area is lovely too. The living room is very big and luxurious, we enjoyed playing cards in here every evening. Bedrooms are nice, no air con but we found we didn’t need it. The bathroom has a lovely big walk in shower. It took a while to get used to the roads, a car is essential for this property and you have to take the driveway very carefully. Vizzini is a nice little town, we saw no tourists which was great! The 6 cats are a great addition, so sweet and entertaining. Syracuse Ortigia and Ragusa Ibla are great places to visit. Although we didn’t meet Marion we had contact whenever necessary and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Thankyou so much for the most memorable holiday!

What a beautiful home. Adriana’s place is peaceful & with stunning views overlooking Scicli. The house is very well equipped, a great place to unwind & has everything you need for a great stay. The pool is just fabulous. We arrived late at night & had no food (there are no supermarkets open after 9pm locally) but Adrianna kindly let us use whatever we could find & a risotto was rustled up. Coffee, milk, toast & marmalade are provided for breakfast the first day which is thoughtful. Scicli is a beautiful town and we enjoyed our morning coffee in Chiosco 'a Funtana which has the best coffee ever - a gorgeous spot. Fresh fish from the local fishmonger is highly recommended too and the little vegetable kiosks by the coffee spot & fishmonger have every delicious vegetable you might need. Thanks Adrianna for being a super responsive & kind host.

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Casina Lanterne is a magical spot with amazing, relaxing views overlooking a farm valley out to the sea. We loved the architecturally-savvy update to a traditional Sicilian farmhouse. It was the ideal place for us to relax and enjoy both the beach and nearby baroque towns. Chiara was a wonderful host - she made us feel right at home and was very responsive throughout our stay. We wished we could have stayed longer, and definitely hope to return!

We had such a lovely stay at Francesso's place and it was very spacious with good character. We noticed all the nice furniture that was handcrafted and unique. Francessco and his family greeted us and showed us around and he was very friendly letting us know that if we needed anything we can just let them know at anytime. We found everything we needed in the apartment and the shower was amazing! We used the location as a good base as it was located well to explore Noto, Ragusa Ilba, Oritigia and Modica, but also the beautiful nature reserve nearby and the crystal waters of the beach Cittadella Dei Maccari. Francessco recommended seeing Porto Paolo and we visited there and had some great seafood which was less pricey than Marzamemi. We enjoyed our stay very much and thank you for a lovely time in your cozy home.

We had a wonderful few days at Sofia’s. The pool and surrounding area were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating spots to unwind. We really appreciated the outdoor space which offered a great area to eat and chill. The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed the company of the cute & friendly dogs. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Sofia was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Sofia’s is just a 10-minute walk to a nearby beach and a short 5-minute drive to other beaches and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend!

Sometimes I joke about not wanting to review my favorite places for fear it will make my next booking harder. But this is no joke. Francesca and Carlo have a paradise, and I’ll be working hard to get back soonest. We stayed 10 days, visiting Syracusa and Noto, Etna lava and wineries, and found it increasingly difficult to leave even for a few hours. Evenings shift from the cooing of pigeons to the plaintiff call of owls, with the sounds of waves from her almost private coast. The house is rich in family memories, and gorgeously decorated. The ceilings high and rooms airy.The kitchen a gem to use.

We felt at home the minute the door opened, this home worked extremely well for our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 college aged kids) with comfortable furnishings and excellent location. Perfect!

Beautiful and very stylish and high-quality furnished apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen super equipped. Great bathroom with rain shower. From the terrace, there is a great sea view, very quiet location, despite the directly adjacent road. Within walking distance (5 minutes) small supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning and an attached coffee and bistro for small snacks. Nearest larger supermarket also easily accessible (15-20 minutes by car). Car parking directly at the property. Beach towels available. The landlord lives right next door and surprised us with very nice little things at the beginning. Contact with the agency is also very good. Day trips (Ispica, Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi) can be reached in <1h. Catania airport on the highway in 1:20h and Taormina also highway in 2h. The motorway is currently toll-free (!) up to Catania (June 2025). Spiaga del Calabosche (<1h) is also super beautiful.

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

Really enjoyable stay. Excellent communication on check-in. The only thing I would say is that the bedroom which looked onto the road was quite noisy until 1am on Saturday night. Friday and Saturday were fine. Other than that the apartment was beautifully renovated, had everything we needed and was well located for exploring Ortigia.

An incredibly beautifully located apartment with wonderful views . Ornella is friendly and helpful and always responds quickly however many questions you have . Gave tips on what to see / do in Modica . The neighbor wife received us and came with food which was appreciated . Absolutely nothing to complain about .

We loved staying with Giovanni and family whom were really friendly and helpful . The house is beautifully set above a beach with its own access . Our room was lovely with good facilities. We have spent hours over the last few days relaxing swimming and snorkelling in amazing waters . The house is in good proximity to surrounding areas of interest with a car .

Giuseppe was a wonderful host. He came and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Always quickly responded to messages and very kind person. We would happily stay at his home again.

A truly convenient location, you can forget about the car and experience the town with its beaches, whether for a few days, or if you have more time, from three days onwards, to visit the area. A few kilometers away you will find every good thing. Beaches, nature, cities and of course eating, all nearby or very close. The accommodation is comfortable and has everything you need. For two adults, maximum three. You have to get used to the spiral staircase, which joins the three levels. A breathtaking view of the sunrise from the bedroom window! Agostina, very helpful and quick to respond. Always ready to advise and help. We'll be back. (There were two of us, for 8 days).

The apartment has two terraces with always sun or shade. On one side, a beautiful view of the sea, beach and boulevard and on the other side, a view of the garden and mountains. The living room is very spacious and comfortably furnished. There is a nice shower and a good bed. The kitchen is compact but contains everything for a pleasant stay such as a microwave, percolator and spacious fridge with freezer compartment. There is always room to park the car behind the house.

We arrived later than planned, but that was no problem for Elisa. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful tips for restaurants in the area and even reserved a table for us late at night in a nearby restaurant. Throughout our stay, she remained easily reachable and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The accommodation was well-kept, modern and clean. We appreciated having access to a secure, enclosed parking area—just a one-minute walk from the Airbnb. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a short stroll from the beach, which was a real highlight for us. A nice bonus: the Airbnb also had a beach umbrella that we could take with us to the beach. In our opinion, a rental car is a must, as public transport options seemed quite limited and the shops were about 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Elisa as a host! We would come back anytime!

Very clean, newly remodeled, tastefully decorated space. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked and grill ourselves in the evening. We particularly liked the seating area with the barbecue, the garden with the blooming shrubs and of course the location close to the sea with the subtle sound of the sea. It also has an owl that sings in the evening. The owners are very nice. Only downside: The nearest supermarket or shop is 12 minutes away by car. The restaurants nearby were also all closed in early May.

Beautiful Beautiful, modern house on a gorgeous beach. Walk out the back patio directly onto the beach, and take a leisurely walk to Donnalucata, a pretty seaside town with a fish market and plenty of restaurants and stores. Definitely check out Blue Moon gelateria! Our hosts Eliana and Oriana were absolutely great, very responsive; minor issues (wifi not working, hot water problem) were fixed very quickly. Oriana gave us directions to a local medical clinic when one of our party took ill. The location is perfect for exploring southern Sicily; Scicli, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, etc. are all within short driving distance. This is a great place to relax and explore the area. You will enjoy the modern amenities, sleep well in the confortable beds, and wake up in the morning to see horses walking on the beach and the fishing boats at works just off the shore. Definitely a place I would go back to. One note of caution; the last 100 meters or so of the road to the house is a narrow dirt road .
