The 10 days in Sabrina's cozy cottage were wonderful at any time of day. The nearby beach, the pool, the restaurant es cova, the charming nature all around, the nice bar with live music..., we simply liked everything. Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly the large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical remarks: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for the one without the stairs. - in our house there was a coffee maker for powdered coffee - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind the closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

Honestly, for our first experience with the AIRBNB app, we are very pleasantly surprised!!! The apartment matches 💯 💯 the description! Very bright and very clean! Well-equipped! A terrible view of the sea! And calm!!!! A pure moment of happiness for us and our children! Very close to CALA D'OR (Little Ibiza) where the atmosphere is very festive! Close to shops! Close to different absolutely beautiful beaches! In short, we were totally won over

This apartment ticks all the boxes. It’s well laid out and spotlessly clean. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for a rental property and the spacious balcony has wonderful sea views and lovely outdoor furniture. There are four apartments in the complex. The pool and gardens are immaculate and very tastefully maintained. The area is quiet and safe with lots of on street parking. It’s a 5 minute walk to Cala Santanyi and the beautiful town of Santanyi is a five minute drive. Pedro and his mum were very welcoming and engaging. Honestly, one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning part of Mallorca and the apartment was the cherry on top - perfect for everything you need and made the holiday an absolute dream. Susanne was a fab host who helped us out when we needed it! (Don’t leave your keys on the kitchen table) Would 100% come again and recommend to everyone I know.

Apartment with an aging decor but very functional, practical and well equipped (just missing a microwave). The lack of parking space did not bother us in October (spaces available on the street) but can be problematic in high season. Excellent location with access to a small cala (cala de borgit) just 50 meters away. From there, you can also access the cala mondrago by adding about 500m. We were with our 1 year old and 3.5 year old daughters and the path is largely accessible for the big one. The only downside is the lack of shops and restaurants within walking distance (you have to take the car to get there in 5 minutes to Portopetro ). Homerti is very responsive to any questions and very well organized. I would recommend this place for a family vacation with toddlers!

Marina was super welcoming, always ready to help you and answer to any questions! Place has great location in Cala d’Or, with the closest beach at literally 6mins walk. I really recommend! I’ll come back :)

Catalina’s penthouse house by the water was picture perfect and comfortable for a longer stay! She greeted us for a very late checkin due to our flight, was ever so gracious and accommodating. She is adorable in person and nurturing to make sure we have all the info we need for our stay. The apartment and its terrace AND rooftop were the cherry on top to our stay. The pool is a one minute walk and the neighborhood was SO safe. The water is salty due to the proximity to the sea, so be aware. It made a great home base to roaming up and down the coast! She even left us a fridge full of food and snacks and we were ever so grateful for that gesture and eat it all up! Thank you so much for making a beautiful first impression of Mallorca and allowing us into your home. HIGHLY recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamarell’s beautiful house! The place is even better than the photos – with spectacular views of the sea and tastefully selected furniture that makes it feel both cozy and stylish. Tamarell was always responsive and helpful, making everything easy and smooth for us. We would gladly come back in the future – highly recommended!

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
