Holiday rentals with a patio in Portoscuso

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut gelegen und die Dachterasse hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in Cagliari verbracht und würden diese Wohnung sicherlich wieder buchen! Die Empfehlungen waren auch sehr hilfreich.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – von der Küche bis zum Wohnkomfort ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Nähe zu den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Wer eine stilvolle, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in Strandnähe sucht, wird sich hier rundum wohlfühlen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Frederica and her husband were so kind and easy to communicate with. She is very proactive and accommodating, making a long trip not feel so bad! Great recs and always so fast to respond. The place was clean and exactly as expected. Everything you need for a short stay. Secure and spacious parking spot. Great spot to explore south Sardinia, about 45-60 min from Chia and Villasimius and about 10-15 min from the city center and Poetto beach. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Very happy with our stay :)!

L' appartamento di Stefano rispecchiava fedelmente quello che si vede in foto Nuovo , pulito ,funzionale Si raggiunge il centro di Teulada tranquillamente a piedi e in una decina di minuti di macchina si arriva alle spiagge piu belle nei dintorni Sicuramente consigliato

Le logement de Barbara offre un parfait confort. Literie, décoration, accès, fournitures… Tout est parfait. Barbara est en plus très gentille, réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande à 100% !

La casa è in ottime condizioni, molto pulita e curata. L’host, pur non essendo presente fisicamente, si è dimostrato attento e reattivo. Sul posto sono comunque presenti persone di appoggio ben organizzate e reperibili, che garantiscono assistenza continua. L’abitazione è indipendente, inserita in un contesto condominiale con corte privata. Il giardino, completamente recintato, rende l’ambiente sicuro e protetto, anche per chi avesse dei bambini. All’esterno la veranda coperta è comoda e funzionale. Per noi è stato un soggiorno fantastico, in una struttura affidabile e gestita bene.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Bett war super bequem. liegt zwar in Flughafennähe war aber trotzdem ruhig und wir haben bestens geschlafen. Unterkunft liegt außerhalb in einem Garten, man ist für sich. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 min in der Stadt, bei Pasticceria, Bar oder Pizzeria.

Het is een prachtige plek om tot rust te komen. Een lust voor het oog. Je voelt je meteen heel erg welkom en de omgeving doet je meteen ontspannen. De host is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Onze familie heeft genoten van alle rust en schoonheid van se plek.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Antonella, la maison est spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'extrême propreté de la maison jusque dans les tiroirs de rangement ainsi que les petites attentions qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison est bien équipée. L'endroit est paisible et les commerçants du village très accueillants. Et pour finir la communication et la réactivité de nos hôtes n'a jamais fait défaut. Je recommande vivement cet endroit idéal pour un voyage en famille ! Encore merci à nos hôtes !

Il soggiorno da Claudia è stato impeccabile. Gli host sono stati molto disponibili nell’ accogliere le mie richieste di modifica, a causa di imprevisti dell’ultimo minuto. Consiglio a chiunque voglia andare alla scoperta di Sant’Antioco di soggiornare qua! Inoltre, in casa c’è una bacheca con varie proposte di attività da fare in loco (un’idea molto gradita)! La veranda è molto comoda e ben tenuta!

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Wir wurden herzlich von Monica in Empfang genommen und sie hat uns auch alles wichtige gezeigt zur Wohnung. Vom Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und generell liegt sie sehr gut um Restaurants oder sonstiges zu Fuß zu erreichen. This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.
