Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Posillipo, Naples

We had a great stay at Mario’s place!! My friends and I had done a backpacking trip and Mario was kind enough to pick us up from the train station on arrival with our bags as it’s about a 20-25min walk uphill from the Seiano station to the air bnb. Mario was so kind during check in, pointing out all the nearby restaurants, super markets and giving us recommendations. He had supplied us with enough goodies for our first breakfast and provided us with a contact for taxi service that we so gratefully used a few times during hot temperatures and after tiring days! They were so sweet. The walk to the air bnb after each outing was intimidating at first but definitely doable, 20min walk to the train station to access Sorrento and other nearby towns and 20-25mins to the Seiano beaches. The view from the air bnb overlooking the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius is absolutely breathtaking and definitely worth all the steps! Such a peaceful location to end off our trip.

We stayed in three Airbnb while visiting Italy (Rome, Florence, Naples) and Naples was by far and large the biggest apartment we had. It was more like a house! The apartment was centrally located to everything, it actually had an elevator (lift in Europe) as all three of our Airbnb were on the 3rd or 4th floor and not all had elevators! Monica's apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated and had 2 balconies that you can step out onto!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Anna’s lovely apartment! The space was tastefully decorated and very spacious. Location was also very convenient, merely 2 metro stops from Napoli Centrale. Anna was also extremely helpful and friendly, she gave us a tour of the apartment and even left several snacks and breakfast items! Thank you very much Anna we had a great time 🥰

Luigi’s place is excellent! Extremely clean and super close to everything great restaurants and shops! It is huge (pictures don’t do justice) and was stocked with coffee/tea, cookies, pastries, juice and water. And all bathroom necessities were included. Luigi was very responsive and Idira was also excellent during check-in. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if we go back.

Vittorio’s apartment in Chiaia is a true gem – a calm retreat from the usual hustle and bustle of Naples. The neighborhood is elegant and beautiful, with great shops, charming cafés and plenty of restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself has everything that makes a great Airbnb: – Perfect location – Very comfortable mattress – Two fully functional bathrooms (great water pressure, proper ventilation) – Excellent blackout options – the room gets dark if you want it to – Absolute silence at night – you don’t hear a thing from the neighbors or the city – Washing machine available – Plenty of space to settle in, including a large wardrobe and even an iron – Quiet and well-kept building with elevator – Air conditioning Vittorio was a thoughtful host – he had stocked the fridge with water and provided more than enough coffee capsules for the espresso machine. This was my favorite stay in Naples so far, and I’ll definitely try to book this apartment again on my next stay.

Safe area, clean, walkable. quick walk from train/metro. nightlife just beow the apartment was vibrant and fun. Easy check in and out. He helped us with a taxi reservation for 5am to the airport and dining suggestions were yummy..

Giuseppe was very kind. He waited for us when we arrived on the train and showed us the short way to reach the apartment. The place is quiet, safe and comfortable. The are pizzerias, convenient stores, fast street foods, fruits and vegetable stands, cafe and bakeries close by. We enjoyed our stay very much.

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

Our stay went very well. Listing matches description and photos. It was very clean with coffee, sugar, soaps and shampoo in provisions. The village is friendly but beware very little transport but everything can be done on foot or with the train 7 min walk. I recommend the Resina market, which offers plenty of vintage clothes, bags and other items, or even souvenirs, just a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a supermarket 9 minutes away for shopping. The hosts were very friendly and communicative in informing us about the area and very responsive. Only negative points: the wifi connection is very weak and not very stable and the noise from the neighbors in the evening but it did not prevent us from sleeping. I would highly recommend!!!

My friend and I booked this lovely little apartment last minute and we were certainly not disappointed!! Clean, cute and peaceful, it was just what we needed. Really nice local area with lots of fresh produce markets and the beach close by. It was so clean and the bed very comfortable. Any issues we had were immediately sorted with prompt responses from the hosts and quick action. I would definitely recommend - we had a lovely stay.

Wonderful apartment with an amazing view of the bay and Vesuvius. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The driver picked me up from the airport, which was ordered by Rosa, which is a great and very convenient solution, especially if you arrive in Naples late in the evening. The apartment itself is great, with all the facilities to make your own meals. The cleanliness is at a very high level. and the WiFi works. In short: a great choice for 5 people with amazing service from Rosa. Even during the taxi drivers strike they were able to arrange transport. Thank you very much for an amazing stay, I will definitely come back to you

The view! The private terrace was breathtaking and served as our living room for the duration of the trip. The location was perfect, if you are not good with stairs, this may not be the spot for you. However, it was worth the little climb to the front door and so worth the hoof to the terrace. Using the Nespresso/Lavassa in the AM, bring our caffe and crosswords up to the terrace became a morning ritual, as well as the sunset, and well, every time in between. We spent one day at the Cava Regia beach club, it was a treat. So chill, so beautiful, and the swimming was excellent. The interior of the apartment was basic and fine. Beds were a little stiff, pillows extra soft, but the AC kept us comfortable at night. Vicco Equense is a lovely little beach town with a lot of personality. Our host got the flat was gracious and helpful.

Rossana and her son were extremely well! They gave us great local recommendations and answered my many many questions! they even met us at the train station and helped us with our luggage. The apartment was extremely comfortable with all the amenities that we needed. The garden with the oranges and lemon was an extra bonus.:-) I highly recommend and would definitely stay if we ever came back!

Staying at Ciro's house was great. I booked because I saw all reviews with 5 stars and that gave me confidence. The house was impeccable clean, good bathrooms and bed, and the instructions of Ciro were very clear. Having garage was very convenient. As Ciro also recommended me, I suggest guests to rent a small car, so that it's easier to park. Thats also recommended anyway if you want to visit Naples center. Ciro was always available to answer or to help with everything. So it's confirmed: 5 stars in all

Sabrina was a 5-star host. She was kind, helpful, responsive and her place was just as described. It was safe, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities a family or multiple families would need to enjoy their stay in Naples! We would love to come back!!

It’s really well located

The apartment is spacious which was nice after being in a smaller place for the first leg of our trip. Enrico has a lot of amenities which makes the place feel more like being at home. The host is responsive and shares a lot of ideas of places to check out and where to eat. It is close to a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants.

Roberto was a great host. The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean, and he was always very proactive about our stay, to check whether we were having any problems or not. The location is great, well communicated and very close to a train station. Overall, very recommended apartment!

Carlos’s apartment was the perfect base for our quick city break in Naples. The space is surprisingly large, spotless, and finished in a sleek, modern style that feels brand-new. Check-in was straightforward, communication easy, and everything—from linens to kitchenware—was immaculate. The location made it simple to reach the main sights, then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home at the end of the day. We left very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a short stay in Naples!
