The Pearl of Chicca in Positano

La Perla di Chicca is a recently renovated holiday home. Cozy and tastefully furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a panoramic terrace with a beautiful sea view. Please note that Positano is a vertical town, characterized by many stairs, which are a typical feature of the village. Access to the house requires approximately 30/40 steps leading to the main road. For guests who prefer to avoid walking routes, the town center can be reached by bus, shuttle service or scooter.

Casa Margherita is a very charming house, located along the very famous staircase called "Scalinatella" that will take you straight down to Positano's main Beach. We are very centrally located, only a 2-minute walk away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, center and shops.

Villa Mareblu

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).

The house was planned and built in the 60’s by our father, a neapolitan architect who chose this place as his “(buen retiro)/locus amoenus” driven by his love for the sea and for the beauties of the coastal.
