Beachfront holiday rental in Positano Spiaggia

Beautiful, clean apartment over looking Amalfi. We had access to the balcony in front of our apartment but we also had another, larger balcony that had an even better view of Amalfi over looking everything with the Cathedral of St Andrew Apostle right in sight. It was a great place to end the day with a glass of wine. Id recommend this apartment to anyone!

This place has everything you need and more. We felt so welcomed. The balcony had such a wonderful view and the town has such a relaxed feel. Marina makes you feel right at home and leaves so many snack and wonderful treats for the stay. It was a pleasure and a dream staying here.

Place was as advertised, very beautiful ocean view. Raffaele was communicative and helped organize a taxi to pick us from the airport and even was flexible when it came to a slightly later check out when our next destination had a later check in!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. We had a very lovely stay at this apartment - the host was welcoming and patient because we arrived a bit late for our check-in on the first night. They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling rosé along with some delicious biscuits, which was a really nice touch as well. The apartment is very beautiful, and we especially loved the balcony and living room area, with fabulous views of the coastline. You don't get a full sunset, as the sun sets behind the mountains, but it is still nice and for most of the evening the balcony is a sun trap. The were nice views, but the beach opposite the flat seemed a little bit dirty to be honest. But there are loads of beautiful beaches around the Amalfi Coast, and this apartment is well situated to explore places nearby. My only other critique is that we weren't shown how to use the air con units on arrival, so the apartment was very hot at night, and too noisy to open windows due to the busy main road. Other than that - really enjoyed!

An unforgettable stay at Massimiliano's in Sorrento! Everything was just impeccable. The apartment was charming, impeccably clean, with a perfect bathroom and enchanting decor, surrounded by lemon trees on the farm. The view from the balcony was breathtaking on Sorrento and the sea – we had unforgettable romantic dinners there. The place was intimate, peaceful and ideal for recharging. We also had the chance to make friends with Ary, an exceptional person, as well as with our neighbors. Pure happiness from start to finish. We will definitely go back! The passion and kindness of these people can only permeate you❤️. Thank you!!!

Great stay - The apartment is just as pictured, maybe better. The property management company who help run the apartment were so kind and responsive and accommodated our requests. Orlando met me in Atrani and walked me through the apartment when I arrived by ferry at 8pm. I had a friend meet me in Atrani for the second half of my stay, and Orlando arranged to have the housekeeper make up the couch bed and the apartment actually worked very well with people sleeping in both rooms despite the compact size. There is even a half bath in the bedroom to make things easier. The living room is small - but we spent most of our time outside of the apartment or on the balcony. Atrani is a short 10 min walk from Amalfi, very convenient to walk for dinners and to get to the Amalfi port. I was surprised that the apartment did not come with beach essentials as the Atrani beach is one of the few free beaches on the coast. Will miss the balcony!

We loved our stay at Vito's. It was an ideal place to rest after a day full of hiking and activities in the villages on the coast, facing a magnificent view of the sea and from our terrace where we also had access to a jacuzzi. Vito was very responsive, and took the time to explain the activities to do nearby, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. We also enjoyed the quiet - as the accommodation is not in the city center, it takes 20-30 mins to walk down to the port, and you can enjoy the beautiful view and many shops and restaurants on the way. I also highly recommend the breakfast, you will not be disappointed!

From the moment we booked, Francescopaolo was in touch asking if we needed him to arrange ANYTHING prior to our arrival. He sent so much informative information and this was so helpful when deciding where to go and what to do. He is a wonderful man and will help you with anything you need. The location is perfect to get to the ferry that will take you to the other islands. The home is very secure and private. Luckily, there is an elevator for your luggage so you do not need to bring it up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are a little small however, this is to be expected in a home that was built over 700 years ago. The view from this home is absolutely breathtaking. The beauty of the terrace is exactly as it is pictured. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful terraces in Minori. Thank you francescopaolo for sharing your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time at the Villa , the place is Beautiful ,the location is just perfect. The view from the balcony is Indeed breathtaking overlooking the ocean . There is delightful private área for sunbathing . Everything we needed was avalible from the convenience of a washer to a fully assortment of dishes etc . This property is fantástic, highly recommended ! 5 start also for Jason , he was over our expectations . Thank you for making aour holiday the best one ! Will come Back next year for sure .

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

My fiancé and I had the best time staying here in Positano. While there are a lot of stairs, the view in itself is well worth it. We made sure to try and go only up the stairs once per day, which helped. It is super close to the main point of town, and there is even a little sandwich/food spot that has wine, fresh mozzarella, fruit, etc. that we bought to bring up to the room to make our own dinners. Francesca was also super responsive and helpful when it came to arriving in Positano a little early and our early checkout time. She gave local recommendations and her dad was also super sweet! Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the private beach but from what we saw it looked super nice. The deck was awesome, too, and we sat out on the swinging chair multiple nights in a row. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Positano again!

Looks just like the pictures and the surrounding beauty is even prettier in person! You need to be able to do a lot of steps, for this kind of vacation in general. Our host was so helpful and picked us up in Minori (just below). They stayed in contact our entire stay. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was great, the view was breathtaking! The market is a 15 minute walk up hill but a wonderful walk back down hill! The bus is great, they left us 2 tickets which we used to go into Amalfi and it was a great experience to learn how to use the bus! They recommend a boat tour and helped arrange it, it was so magical, if you have the opportunity definitely do it!! We would be happy to go back in a heartbeat!

A great place for a family or group of friends. You will love sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. Kitchen had coffee and morning treats stocked and everything was very clean and in working order. Washer and dryer was great for our family of 3. Numerous restaurants just moments away. Groceries and bus stop up a bunch of steps but very manageable. Walking up to the unit was a workout, but with pull carry-ons and a backpack each, was manageable if you just take the few stairs to the right of the harbour and then the main road. We took the steps up which was a challenge but we just stopped when needed. Taking the road all the way down to the port was easy - about 25-30 mins. Was an unforgettable stay in one of the most unique cities - thank you so much!

We couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb! This place was in the perfect location in Marina Grande near Ferries, Bus and Train Lift up to Capri Center. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. We people watched from the front porch with stunning views and glasses of wine! We got to cook simple breakfast in the mornings and explore all of Capri! Everything in the island is breathtaking! Just do Capri and make sure to visit quaint Ana Capri which is quiet and charming with tons of artisan shops with amazing food! Also if you stay just book this place! The washing machine made it so easy for us to keep our wardrobe clean. Bed was comfortable and was fantastic! Enjoy everyone!!!

At first, locating the actual house number/door was confusing. Then we were met by our hosts niece who walked us down the long staircase to the property door. It was quite difficult to carry luggage down the stairs, so pack as light as possible! The gated property is lush with beautiful plants, flowers and fruit trees. Then when you walk into the living room/kitchen and see the panoramic views from the massive windows, it takes your breath away! The patio space, the garden, the sea views, the town views, yet total seclusion…beyond our imagination. Be prepared- we had lots of mosquitoes in May. It didn’t stop us, just get spray. My daughter’s boyfriend had a plan to propose marriage on the beach, but this patio view beat any other location so he did it here!! I literally cried when we left. Breathtaking On top of the views, the home is very comfortable. Giuliana had a large assortment of breakfast items & espresso for us, which lasted most of our stay. She & her family were just great!

Awesome stay! I stayed or only one night, but was amazed by the view of the city laying in bed. Fabrizio was very helpful giving me restaurant recommendations and was very accommodating! I would recommend this place to anybody who wants a nice quiet local spot while also getting a breathtaking view of the coast. I will certainly stay here again!

Great place in a wonderful setting. The views of Positano were spectacular from the outdoor patio. Having access to the elevator was very helpful especially when checking in and out. Be aware that there are a number of steps up to the access gate after a short walk from the elevator. Highly recommend this unit

This was a wonderful stay! It was my first time ever visiting Praiano and this was the perfect place for my trip! Antonio was always very responsive and helpful, I asked him for local recommendations and he helped me right away. i’ve never met another host that was as nice and helpful as Antonio was! He made sure we had the perfect stay outside of just having a lovely airbnb to stay in. The place was so spacious, clean, and pretty! I loved sitting out in the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. I felt very safe, lots of walkable restaurants/stores, and not a far walk to the main beach. We were greeted during check in and they even came to say goodbye during check out. Overall I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Praiano/Positano.

OH did we ever love this place! Very clean and well equipped, with a great shower... And then there’s the balcony......The views are spectacular! We drank in the coastal views with our complimentary prosecco. Valentina’s sister Flora was the BEST host of our trip! (The others were quite good too, but Flora is #1) She helped us navigate the very difficult bus ride from Amalfi, even coming onto the crowded bus to make sure we got off the right stop. She made restaurant suggestions and even made our reservations for us securing the best tables and treatment. She gave directions to beaches and various sites. I really can’t say enough about how sweet she is. Praiano is much more laid back but still has everything for a great visit. We planned to go visit Ravello and Positano but liked it there so much we never left. Thank you for a wonderful visit to the Amalfi Coast. ❤️
