Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Potes

This is the perfect place for hikers and nature-lovers, and is set in a pretty little village with a few restaurants and beautiful views. The hosts were so lovely and helpful, and the house was just great. In particular we loved the amazing view from the terrace where we could enjoy our meals with a vista! I think this is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not sure words can describe how amazing this place is. The view is just breathtaking and Jaime is incredibly friendly and helpful. You will also be surprised to see that the lovely animals greet you at your arrival on the first day. Their dog and cat are so friendly. It’s a heritage house full of history and family memories. Everything is just wonderful and I wish I could spent more time here.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Quiet, small cottage to relax with wonderful surroundings.

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

In one word; tranquility. Very quiet area, if you like silence, this is your place,, nature, peace... The house had everything you need, even a few details. A lot of light, everything clean and tidy, the ideal garden. The balcony area is beautiful and the views nice. The arrival and very easy access, I would happily repeat the same stay again.

Manuel and María were super nice guests, attentive at all times. A nice house with everything you need, in a beautiful and super quiet location. On the day of check-in, we arrived quite late and had no problems.

It was the same or even more beautiful. 😍 We are delighted. The village is small but has everything relatively close, Oviedo, Gijón, the peaks of Europe, Covadonga lakes. In the village you can do a hiking trail, host lakes and great co-hostes, and the cleanliness and the beautiful house

We were a couple of nights my partner and I to disconnect a little and, really, it's an ideal place for it. Ground floor of a two-story house with a small garden and stunning views. The apartment has all you need and is very comfortable. Exceptional cleanliness and communication with Lara de ten. It didn't make us good weather, but the village is a haven of peace and has a multitude of hiking trails to admire the scenery. We will definitely repeat!!!

Both Marta and Javier were very attentive to making our stay perfect. The apartment is ideal with all the luxury of details, home automation, very well decorated to create a very cozy atmosphere, very comfortable room and with everything you may need to spend a stay as if you were at home. They had a great welcome gift with a personalized message and were flexible with our arrival time, letting us in even earlier. Unbeatable location in the very center. A beautiful house, much better than the photos and its owner is very nice

Unique experience nested in the mountains. Close enough to Potes and hiking but remote enough to really appreciate the Picos. Apartment had everything one might need. Pool was an added treat after long hikes. The tavern allows for great option to eat in Tudes and not have to cook. The staff was excellent! Highly recommended!

It's been a great stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. They had the thoughtfulness to turn on the heating before we arrived, which was appreciated because it was very cold on the street, in addition the sheets were for winter and there were blankets for the sofa. Regarding the location, it is a very quiet residential complex on the outskirts but very close to the urban center, even on foot. Very good communication, he was always there for us and made very good recommendations. If we were to go back to Comillas, we would definitely stay with Luis again. It was a real pleasure!!

It is priceless to be in the porch of the house with mountain views. The bottom floor has a spectacular window, and a very nice and very large living area. Quiet and quiet place, very well located. The garden and beautiful surroundings. The spaces of the house are very well used. Very friendly people who take care of the place. At last an optimal place to rest in the middle of nature and also with quick access to the road and the highway.

We were 11 family, 6 adults, 3 adolescents and 1 girl. We all loved the house, garden, porch and patio. There was room for all, and for all activities. Juan Jose was very attentive to us, and the truth was that there was no problem with the house, its facilities, and its equipment. The antique furniture was beautiful and interesting, especially the sink in the bathroom in the master bedroom. We liked it so much that we will surely stay at La Casa de las Palmeras again. We loved it! We didn't have much time and decided to look for an Asturian place that would allow us to enjoy the sea and the mountains. La Casa del Sauce is that place. We'll be back for sure!

We, 3 families of 10 people, had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable place. The space was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway and even exceeded our expectations. Anna is a fantastic host—she was always responsive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarket, and walkable. Highly recommended!
