Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

The château is located in the countryside and close to the highway and shops. The perfect place to discover the landing beaches, the Swiss Normandy, the Pays d'Auge, Caen, Le Haras du Pin and the medieval town of Falaise.

A south-facing terrace overlooking a sunny enclosed garden, parking possible in the courtyard. Television, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen provided.

A 5-minute walk away you will find: bakeries, grocery store, supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, pizzeria, kebab, florist, beautician, etc. It can accommodate 4 people with everything you need for a good, light stay. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the city center. We are 30 minutes from the airport and the boat.
