Come evening, stoke up the wood-burning fireplace and curl up with a cup of Keurig by the Smart TV. Warm, relaxed home great for hanging out, cooking, spending time in front of the fireplace, or doing a bit of work. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with tubs, good lighting (one has a skylight) and spa towels and bath products. Coffee and tea included - brand new Keurig coffee maker with all you'll need for a great cup. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Guests will have access to the entire unit along with the convenient reserved off-street pull-in parking spot. I am available to help with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and to take care of anything that might go wrong. Quick response via text and phone and additional co-hosts are ready to help when I'm not available. The Mount Pleasant neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and close to The White House, along with the metro, restaurants, and shops. Its location bordering the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park makes it attractive to both families and outdoor enthusiasts. The house is two blocks from the Metro, one block from 16th Street and it’s buses and Uber and Lyft have very fast pick-up response and inexpensive fares. One can also walk to the Zoo, park, restaurants and shopping. Driving is also made easy with a reserved off-street parking spot.

Notice the bold feature walls and expressive artwork and head to the patio to enjoy a drink while cooking with the BBQ. The house features three bedrooms, two full baths, updated kitchen and basement with a washer / dryer, as well as a large front porch and backyard that features a outdoor TV, grill and table and chairs for six. Fully stocked kitchen features everything you'd need to cook. Super fast fios internet, Sonos sound system througout the house, 60 inch TV with AppleTV in family room, 60 inch TV w/AppleTV outside. The house is mere blocks from great restaurants like Kuba Kuba, Joe's Inn (my favorite) and Flora - just to name a few. Best coffee in town can be found at Lamplighter (5 blocks) and the best drinks are at Heritgage (2 blocks). About a 15 minute walked to The VMFA, Carytown shopping and The Museum District. The Fan District is a superb location with tree-lined streets and historic homes. Head to the unique boutique shops, try some local cuisine in an independently-owned restaurant, and have fun exploring the Museum District. Walking or biking are your best bet. Everything is close and there's a bikeshare just down the street. Easy to use and lots of places to return.

As often as you need. A 5-block walk from the Dupont Circle metro station, the apartment occupies a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of great dining and shopping just steps away. There’s a supermarket two blocks away, as well the cocktail bars that line 14th St NW. There are several Metro stations nearby, the most convenient is Dupont Cicle, red line, also there are shuttles and buses to different locations nearby. There are discounts for monthly rents.
