Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

The duplex is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Berlin (Mitte/P-Berg), just some meters from Zionkirchplatz away in an historical building. Located in the 4th and 5th floor of the garden house, this apartment offers both privacy, absolute calm and beautiful views as also the greatest restaurants/bars/spots very close. The apartment has been totally renovated with highest quality materials and offers a unique premium experience in the heart of the capital.

The apartment is located perfectly to explore the city either on foot, by local transport, by bike or go directly shopping in the neighborhood. You will also find a historic walkway explaining the division of Berlin very close by....make yourself comfortable between an extraordinary past and a promising future of a remarkable city.

Apartment at Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

Quiet granny apartment in designer house with terrace

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Entire apartment in Teltow near Berlin

We rent a two-story, plus basement, complete apartment in the music district in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 sqm, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.
