The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pernink. A few meters from the train station, a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters to the bike or cross-country skiing track overlooking the Krušnohorské hills. 15 minutes by car to Ski Resort Klínovec, 5 minutes from the Balshivec Ski Area. 15 minutes drive to the pool or sauna world in Jáchymov. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, hair dryer in the bathroom, coffee capsules with coffee maker, sofa bed.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Our apartment is located in Sosa, only 8 km (11 min.) from Eibenstock and the swimming gardens. Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)

The 65 sqm apartment sleeps 4 people and is located separately on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. The 40 sqm terrace is equipped with seating for four people, a table and a sunshade. Pets by arrangement. 4 min. by car, 20 min. walk to the city center of Schwarzenberg with castle and church 25 km to Fichtelberg 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket
