Allow yourself to travel back in time while you enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath 1000' home which comfortably sleeps 4 guests in its king and queen beds. The newly remodeled kitchen with its granite counters and modern appliances is fully equipped. Relax outside on the flagstone patio or wrap-around porch.

This clean, charming and fully equipped home has all the modern features. Jump into the pool or simply relax by the fireplace and take in the 360 degree views from the large deck. Explore downtown Paso Robles with so many restaurants and shops, or take a short ride to the coast! Pool is shared with owners , CHILDREN 14 and older only.

Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.
