Dario was an excellent host and the apartment was cozy and great for a 5-day stay. Avvocata is an amazing neighborhood (if you don't mind climbing walking uphill or downhill in Naples), full of history and close to parks, museums, metro stations and Pignasecca market.

Adriana is een hele fijne host. We kregen een warm welkom en tips voor bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het huis is een prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen, zoals Amalfi kust en Napels. Het is fijn om aan het einde van de middag even in het zwembad te plonzen wat op een paar stappen van het appartement ligt.

Roberta è un host fantastica e la casa perfetta per un weekend di musica (super comoda per raggiungere lo stadio Maradona) in famiglia (la casa dispone di tutti gli optional!).

We had a great time at Giuseppe’s place! The apartment was beautiful and we had everything we needed! Guiseppe gave us good instructions for check in/out and was very helpful when we needed tips or help!😊 Highly recommend!😄

In the vibrant heart of Naples, Fabrizio's place offered a peaceful escape from all the noise of the city. I stayed for a week and every day/night was relaxing, and within walking distance, I was able to find a unique place to eat every day. Also nearby grocery stores in case you're looking to spend a night in and cook.

A perfectly situated little apartment with an incredible view of the Marina! We had our pick of restaurants along the waterfront steps from the apartment. Salvatore was super helpful and friendly! He helped us make some restaurant bookings and also lent us some beach towels during our visit. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Already miss enjoying a coffee or glass of wine on that balcony with that view!

Where to start... prior to our arrival she provided her information so she could help pick us up with our bags and give us a personal tour. She treats her home with pride and her guests like family. Giovanna and her family all helped make our stay memorable and comfortable. She was flexible with us since we had a late wedding to attend and really cared about us personally. She remembers the little details like what you like for breakfast and even wished my husband a happy birthday. The view is beautiful, the room is cozy, her food is made with love and my heart is so full. My husband and I left feeling so cared for. Everyone is respectful of space and Giovanna is just a lovely person I hope to visit again. If you want an ordinary experience go elsewhere but if you want something extraordinary visit Giovanna <3

Fabulous apartment. Truly spectacular views out to the sea and islands and lovely little balconies (even the back bedroom had a cute balcony with pretty view of greenery). Large airy apartment that was ideal for our family which required three separate bedrooms and appreciated two shower rooms. Everyone blown away by the fabulous views not only of the sea but this bustling Naples suburb below. Great restaurants and quality food shopping on the doorstep as was the bus that takes you into the centre of Naples or further along the coast in the other direction. We mixed city centre site seeing with three days on the paid for beaches (2 at Bagno Elena, 10 minute walk or short bus trip on the way into town, 1 at Baia Delle Rocce Verdi further along Posillipo coast on bus then 20 minute walk to resort or taxi). Great host, prompt and friendly responses, and lovely in person welcome. Would thoroughly recommend this home and a visit to Naples.

Det var fantastisk å bo hos Claudio i Napoli. Det er nærme vanvitelli metro, trygt og veldig koslig område! Det er gå avstand til matbutikk og shoppinggate rett utenfor døren. Det er et stille område og ikke noe skummelt i det hele tatt. Vertskapet var så høflige og snille, kunne engelsk og var alltid tilgjengelig hvis det var noe! Dette kan virkelig anbefales. Квартира очень хорошая,соответствует фотографиям,высокие потолки,хорошая мебель,удобная кровать,ванная комната соответствует фотографиям,я бы посоветовала хозяину заменить ванну,для большего комфорта своих клиентов! Очень удобный бесконтактный заезд, за один час до заезда ты получаешь пин код от сейфа. По приезду у нас возникли проблема с уборкой квартиры,так как хозяин нанял новую уборщицу,он не ожидал от нее плохой работы,и не проверил после уборки квартиру,нам пришлось связаться с хозяевам.В течении 10 минут он приехал и устранил все недочеты,спасибо ему за это,так же у него есть свой приватный пляж,где очень комфортно отдыхать! В 1 минуты ходьбы находиться супермаркет,в 3 минутах рестораны и очень красивая набережная с детской площадкой и другими развлечениями,также неподалеку находиться центр города!Очень хорошая локация,до ближайшего пляжа 10 минут ходьбы!

Luigi was a great, communicative host! We stayed before our flight out of NAP the following day. Luigi provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment, and was very friendly through the whole process. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem kleinen Apartment mit Blick aufs Meer. Morgens aufzuwachen und vom Bett aufs Meer zu sehen ist wirklich toll. Iryna ist eine super Gastgeberin die schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Sie hat uns gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Supermärkte für die nähere Umgebung gegeben. A beautiful clean apartment with the most magnificent views over the Bay of Naples. Annamarie and her daughter were wonderful hosts. Attentive , knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. Great location and very close to the funicular to get down into the main town. Also very close to the metro too. Annamarie and her daughter Jessica were extremely responsive hosts to any questions we had about getting around , restaurants and food shopping. I would highly recommend the apartment to all my friends and family. Naples is definitely a city worth staying a while in.

Buen lugar para quedarse , en excelente lugar . Al principio nos había preocupado porque los comentarios hablaban del ruido pero la verdad nunca sentimos mucho más que en cualquier sitio. Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The children’s books and toys were a very nice touch too. Everything was perfectly clean, too.

Die Wohnung von Raffaele ist genau so, wie sie auf den Fotos dargestellt wird. Einen wunderschönen Innenhof hat uns empfangen mit einem super freundlichen Portier, so wie es in den schönen Gebäuden in Neapel noch heute gibt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bei ihm deponieren (man muss etwas bezahlen) und konnten bereits problemlos und ohne Gepäck durch die schönen Strassen von Neapel spazieren. Das Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert und wir konnten dann die das schöne und gepflegte Appartment übernehmen. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Raffaele stand uns immer zur Verfügung für jegliche Info. Man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell in den schönsten Gassen und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Neapel, die UBahn ist gleich vor dem Haus. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut gebrauchen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und werden das Bijou von Raffaele sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Netter Kontakt, offen und hilfsbereit, einfacher Check-In. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf das rege Treiben am Hafen ist wirklich einmalig und erstaunlicherweise nicht einmal laut. laut. Gute Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Die eng getakteten Busse, die direkt am Hafen abfahren/ankommen bringen einen überall hin auf der ganzen Insel. Wunderbar!

We stayed for two nights and spent a lot of time on the balcony. The views and home itself looked even more magical in person. So many amazing restaurants and an incredible wine bar right down the street. We didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return. We are in great shape and only visited with a backpack so stairs were not an issue for us. Worth every step! Felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating and even got us a taxi when we had to catch an earlier train back to Rome! Believe us, you want to book La Casa Sull Acqua!!!
