Great communication with the host, the entire property is clean and well-maintained, all as described.

The equipment is very high quality. Furniture made of solid wood, induction stove, everything for cooking, etc. Quiet location and overlooking the mountains, beautiful garden and there is even a fire pit. Unfortunately, the pool was green, probably from algae, we didn't want to go in. However, we also did not let you know that the pool is dirty because it was not so important to us and we drove to the lake. All in all we were very satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s villa in Vordernberg! Peter is the perfect host – always available, extremely friendly, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. The villa itself is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Every detail is thoughtfully maintained – from the stunning views and lovely outdoor spaces to the fully equipped kitchen and spotless interior. The beds are very comfortable, and the whole house feels like a true home away from home. This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The hostess was very nice, we needed to arrive a little later than check in and it was no problem. We had a nice chat during our stay and she recommended us probably the best restaurant we have ever been to and it was about 50 meters from the accommodation. The house was beautifully heated, so there was no problem with the children staying. The accommodation corresponded to the photos and description, we have nothing to complain about and highly recommend the accommodation.

The house was amazing and it is a perfect place if you want a quiet getaway from the big cities. It has a very beautiful and big a garden with a pool which is perfect for cooling off. I would highly recommend this house for future guests!

Large house which is well taken care of. The Billiard and dart room are good fun. Parking on own terrain is practical.

sadly we had to cancel our trip at the last minute for health reason, but until the last moment the communication with Hans was perfect and he seems to be a really nice and caring host, I can only recommend it.

We stayed with the two of us and our dog for 6 nights in Maximilian's house. Everything was fine and sparkling clean! There was a voucher with all the information about the house (e.g. for the garbage disposal). The garden is also used by Maximilian and his girlfriend, but our dog was just allowed to sniff around all day. The hosts were very sweet to our dog. Nice! Nice base for a nature holiday in combination with visiting Graz! We definitely recommend the house, also with a larger group!

We had a great stay! We were 8 adults and 2 children for a girls weekend and lived in both parts of the house (upper floor and basement, separate, only accessible from the outside). The upper kitchen-living room is perfect as a central lounge, there is a nice couch area, a large dining table for max. 8 people and a very well equipped kitchen. The garden is lovingly designed and maintained and the surroundings are quiet and beautiful. The house is clean, child-friendly and comfortably furnished, there is e.g. a games room with lots of toys, changing table, baby cot, etc. The communication with Michael worked great! We are completely satisfied and can only recommend the house!

A very friendly house in an Austrian village, I'm glad we chose this place. We primarily went to Austria for skiing, so we didn't spend much time in the house, but it met all our needs. The owners were very kind and helpful, I recommend it to others as well.

Very nice and accommodating hosts, the accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, and there is also a lot of infrastructure in Trofaiach (restaurants, gas station, doctor, pharmacy and much more), so the holiday can hardly be more relaxed.

We had a very nice stay! The apartments were very clean, the bathrooms and sanitary facilities new. The kitchen was well equipped. For future visitors, it would be good to know that towels are not provided so that you can bring your own. In addition, the control of the electric heating was not possible everywhere, so it was relatively cool in the bedrooms. At night, however, we didn't have to freeze and it was warm enough. In the common room we were able to heat the tiled stove. Cozy, clean apartments without frills at a very fair price!

Beautiful cottage with everything you need to feel comfortable. I was immediately delighted with the house and the property. The view was fantastically beautiful. The house was very well equipped and very clean. We didn't miss anything. We have been surprised several times by Birgit & Martin with nice little things. I can 100% recommend the house with everything you need. We'll be happy to come back.

Viktoria was totally sweet, open and always responded quickly. The accommodation was a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Every morning, you were greeted by the two house cows. It felt right at home.

We have rented two apartments for our family and felt like home. The location is beautiful and close to the skiing resorts. The hosts have been very welcoming and answered immediately every question we had . We will definitely come again.

We had a really great time at Christian's house. very close to the Red Bull Ring track, in fact we came here for the MotoGP. The Host was very friendly and super responsive in his answers, he helped us with a small problem we had in the kitchen and in 5 minutes he answered us and gave us the necessary help! the house is very nice, especially the terrace! convenient parking space in front of the house. Birgit & Matthias are wonderful hosts. I would recommend staying at this house if you have a car to drive to town, as it is privately located away from the nearest village. We drove back and forth to Eisenerz each day which only took 30 minutes with spectacular scenery. It was a perfect place to stay for myself and the group I was travelling with for a relaxing stay.

Very cozy, well-kept house for a few relaxing days. Very nice terrace for breakfast and sunbathing next to red deer enclosure, balcony with great views of the countryside. Very quiet location. Straightforward communication with very friendly host.
