When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Big Tiny House Retreat

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Relax by the Stream I 2–3 days to completely unwind

There's no rush here. In the morning you are awakened by the sound of the stream, in the evening by the silence and the stars above the hot tub. In the meantime, you finally have time to slow down, switch off and be together. Relax by the stream is a romantic wellness accommodation with a whirlpool, swim spa and sauna, ideal for couples, but with comfort for up to 4 people. A place where you can turn off the world for a few days and turn on the peace.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Our caravan, where we once, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that sways slightly in the wind as if on a boat. Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.

Propast Luxury Cottage

Luxury cottage on the shore of the Propast pond. Ideal for a romantic holiday for two (double bed). Kitchen: double cooker, dishwasher, small fridge (large fridge on the ground floor), DeLonghi coffee machine (espresso, latte macchiato, etc.). O2Tv/Apple TV with projection on a screen, Bose sound system. Wi-Fi. Wood-burning fireplace in the living room. We believe that you will rest and relax with us.

Chata Na konci louky (Cottage At the End of the Meadow)

The cottage is in a secluded area near the forest, near the ruins of Lichnice Castle and Lovětín Pond. If you long for peace, this is the place for you! I recommend breakfast on the terrace overlooking the church in Míčov! In the evening, you can roast sausages on the fire. For children, there is a slide, swings and a sandbox. Bikes can be stored in the garage.
