Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The romantic holiday house Eckgenn is located in the Italian community of Laurein in a hillside location with fantastic views, right next to a farm with animals. The cottage with terrace and garden view enchants its guests with its charming wooden construction and consists of a living/dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. The barrier-free accommodation's amenities also include Wi-Fi, toys and board games.

About 1230 m above Völlan, surrounded by forests, mountains, meadows and old farmhouses, you will find the quiet and elevated holiday apartment Judith at the idyllic Gallhof. The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The traditionally and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and two bathrooms. It accommodates two people.

Unterdurachhof Apartment Valentina

Located in Santa Valburga/St. Walburg, the holiday apartment "Unterdurachhof Valentina" offers guests a fantastic view of the Alps. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment "Masi Rosmarin" in San Nicolò (St. Nikolaus) is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 5 people. 15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Farnhaus. Loft above Merano with a view

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
