Karrebæksminde 8 years old gl. cottage - panoramic sea view. 200 meters to sandy beach 700 meters to charming harbor environment, restaurants, fishing eateries, bakery and other shopping opportunities. 500 meters to the forest. In the living room/kitchen is heating/aircon air conditioning, TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, in addition a loft with 2 mattresses . In the secluded garden is found: small "summer" guest cottage with 2 staggered bunks. Outdoor shower, gas grill, Mexican oven. Terrace on all sides of the house.

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 m from the water. With access to, shared private beach land, with bathing bridge. Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.
