The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

The stay was excellent! The property's location is great, close to everything and very convenient. Communication with the owner was quick and clear from start to finish. Renata, responsible for check-in, was extremely solicitous, polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The house is great, with a flawless structure and equipped with everything we need. The reception was welcoming and made us very comfortable. I recommend and would definitely return!

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Very good house, next to the main beaches. Roberto always request to respond to our messages. The house also has an administrator, Samuel, very kind and diligent. Our trip was family, everyone liked the house. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back again.

Denise and Roberto are great hosts. Home as a listing. Very well located, clean and spacious. One of the best we ever stayed. The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. Everything is excellent! I just think they could leave toilet paper available, because there were 5 of us and there was only 1 roll in the downstairs bathroom and 1 in the upstairs bathroom. In the emergency, we had to provide and we did not know about this condition. No mais, tudo perfect!

Sergio is a very kind person, he was always attentive to us, and I look forward to seeing us with a detail, which is greatly appreciated. The beautiful place, as shown in the photos, I would even dare to say that it is better than the photos, totally recommended.

The stay at the house was great! Thais and Alexandre are always kind, the photos represent exactly what the house is like, with a great outdoor area. Clean linens and bath linens of high quality. The shower is great, too. Super recommend it.

The house is very comfortable, everything according to the description on the notice, we were a couple. Very good privacy. The perfect location for our preferences: away from the noise, and very close to the beach, in a residential area. As we like to walk, we did it even in the night outs to the center, we seemed very safe on the way. The hosts are very correct and friendly, attentive to our needs. We are very grateful because they were also flexible with the check-in and egreso schedules.

The stay was amazing! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, quickly responded to every message, and was always available to ask questions. A special highlight goes to the service of the chef, which further elevated the experience. I highly recommend it!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed with the family and it was a great experience! The house is beautifully organized, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The location is great, on a calm and safe street, which ensured very quiet nights. The host was attentive and made us very comfortable. I highly recommend this house and we would definitely return at a next chance!

Beautiful house, exactly as in the pictures and even better! Delicious Condo, swimming pool just in front of the door of the house! Casa has all the necessary utensils and even more! Glória responds quickly whenever we need it and the homemade Luiz is a sweetheart! We felt at home! Close to the beach and the neighborhood we really like! We'll be back for sure ♥️

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

The house is beautiful, it has a great location and our kids loved the great pool. The beaches and the center are within easy reach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.
