We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

Beautiful house in Búzios Geribá overlooking the sea!

The house is on single-family land. It is not a condominium, having all its interior and exterior areas available only to the tenants. It is very nice and easy to maintain, everything is close by and is well equipped. It is eighty meters from Geribá beaches and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It is on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with pool and barbecue area over the sea of Geribá.
