The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

UNSPECTABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see much of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is a delight! The accommodation is able to blend the calm of a retired neighbourhood and proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city centre was about 5 minutes by car, and the nearby beaches are also well accessible by car. The guide elaborated by Giulianno was great, it was able to direct which beaches to visit and, in particular, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little longer and going down the side street, especially if you are carrying the beach gears.

Leonardo and his parents are excellent hosts. From the first moment we arrived, they treated us very well. Really when we return to Garopaba we will try to be in this home. Thank you very much for the support of Leonardo and his parents. Highly recommended in every way to rest and enjoy this beautiful spa.

The place seemed beautiful and nicely equipped to me. The view justifies that it is a little far from the center. I would choose it again. I recommend it.

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

debora's apartment has beautiful views,we have breakfast looking at the sea,super comfortable and quiet,Debora and her family are always attentive. Quiet ,family-friendly area,the beach is divine and is meters from the apto. There is a super close and some restaurants to go by car,I recommend those of Guarda do Embau.

The apartment is new, well decorated, sunny, with all modern utensils, a very good shower, a wonderful mattress and a comfortable sofa. With a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and it is still a quiet place. Quiet to sleep. The host Frederico is always cheerful and attentive. Great experience.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

The stay was very good! House very close to the market, pharmacy and bakery. In addition, it was super clean when we arrived. It's just like the ad!

The space is functional, beautiful (exactly as in the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked really well too! It has several windows so it is well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it was not a problem, as the air conditioning in the heat and the heated taps saved us! Although it is next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have complete privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.

I had such an incredible stay here. What I think made it very worth it was the amazing cafe attached to the place. All the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is made with such care. Also, any question I had, they were there to accommodate me the best they could. The location is quaint and it’s exactly what I wanted for a quiet get away. If I returned to Praia do Rosa, I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

Two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen-dining room, and adjoining living room. All modern and very well set. Everything you need for cooking. The best thing is the very spacious terrace with a wonderful sea view and a heated jacuzzi that is appreciated when the weather is not very warm. 300 meters from the beach, everything is very nice. 100% recommendable.

A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and access with guest facial recognition (configured at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we did not use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing place, very close to the beach with a very peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. It’s a little far from downtown Florianopolis (25-30 min Uber ride) but it has decent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We had an overheating issue with the hot tub but Vanessa was extremely helpful and made sure the issue was solved before the end of our stay, which was during a holiday. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place to relax!

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip for sure I will return to the same place! I only note that the jacuzzi is not heated and has no observation in the description of the apt, as we were not in the summer, it was something that bothered because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that was of no use.

I stayed and didn't want to leave anymore! I want to live in this house Kk very good location! Both the neighborhood and the house, Léo the host left the house impeccable, super clean, well decorated, well used space (it had exactly everything I wanted!) The building managers live on site and helped me with everything! Perfect kitchen, several bathrooms for comfort, leisure area and barbecue It's sunny for almost 12 hours (and has good curtains). You can see both the sunrise and the sunset. Wonderful heated bathtub, very comfortable place to work. I'll definitely come back more often
