The house is very well located in the southern corner of Ferrugem in a quiet area. It has 85 m2 plus a 65 m2 deck and is 100 meters from the sea. It has a large fenced and wooded land. Ideal for 5 people. It is three blocks from the center of the beach and a 10 minute walk from the most famous bar on the beach, Bar do Zado. The property is large and has a privileged geographical formation that shelters it from the northeast wind, allowing the guest to enjoy the surroundings in any weather condition.

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its peak season. April to May, with the famous veranico. May and June, the traditional fishing of the artisanal mullet.
