Beach house 100 meters from the sea

The house is very well located in the southern corner of Ferrugem in a quiet area. It has 85 m2 plus a 65 m2 deck and is 100 meters from the sea. It has a large fenced and wooded land. Ideal for 5 people. It is three blocks from the center of the beach and a 10 minute walk from the most famous bar on the beach, Bar do Zado. The property is large and has a privileged geographical formation that shelters it from the northeast wind, allowing the guest to enjoy the surroundings in any weather condition.

Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen. Complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets for a fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets and 4 beach chairs.
