Very well located house, a few meters from the beach, and next to the right side where there are more waves, some options of restaurants walking-in-area and close to the river. The house is large and comfortable, with parking for the cars.

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

My experience was great and extremely cozy. From the beginning, the host was very helpful, always attended to us quickly and attentively, which made the stay even smoother. The apartment is clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and to several points of interest. Fully furnished apartment, with all the items that are needed in a house. We have pillows/iron/dryer/barbecue, all in the smallest details. I have allergic rhinitis and suffer when I stay on the coast, but this time, I had the pleasure of being very well accommodated. For those looking for a great place to stay, just talk to Carlos. Responds quickly, attentively and is a super nice person.

We love our stadia. The house is great, the same in the photos and as described in the listings. The location is wonderful, beachfront, but close to markets, bakery, commerce, we were walking when necessary. The beach is clean and with few waves, excellent for children, and the best thing is that from the backyard you can see the children playing on the beach. We were very well received by Cícera, who showed us where everything was and was always very solicitous and friendly. I hope to return soon...

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot on the front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to feel good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Our stay was super quiet, the host always requests and willing to help, the space clean, smelling, with all the clean and smelling bedding. The apartment is super well equipped, has everything you need to stay quiet. For those traveling with a child a positive point is the space that has the extra for being on the ground floor. My stay was excellent! Tiago was a great host, always attentive and available. The house is very good, well-equipped, clean and with a lovely sea view. The location is also great, very close to the beach. I recommend and would be back for sure!

I loved the stay. All according to the advertisement. Close to markets, bakery, restaurant... and the best, close to Rua Guarani (great for going out at night). Very organized, safe loft, no bad points. I will definitely return.

Mateus was the one who welcomed us and handed us the keys. He was at the place waiting for us, took a tour of the house and throughout the stay responded quickly, was helpful, friendly and gave several tips about the beaches. The place is really very close to the beach, a 10-minute walk to Prumirim beach. The house is very well equipped, but there are 2 points that could be better: • The TV is very small in relation to the room. From where the sofa is, you can't see it properly, so we had to push it closer. • In the bathroom of the suite there is a whirlpool that does not work. It is not listed in the ad but appears in the photos, so we went with the expectation of using it. We ended up filling it with hot water from the shower and boiling water on the stove. When we went, there was a construction project in the house next door, during the week there was a lot of noise from a jackhammer, hammering, etc. If you are renting in search of silence, ask the hosts about the situation. Despite this, we liked the experience and would easily return.

The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

Our stay at the beach house at Enseada was excellent! The house is large, well cared for and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. A special highlight goes to the homemade Fabiano and his wife who were extremely kind, helpful and always available to help us with whatever we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we would certainly return. Super recommended!

The one who received us was Amauri, who helped us at check-in and was always available to help. We only have compliments for this accommodation! Do not forget to enjoy the sunset, it was simply stunning! And the sea at night is a delight! I highly recommend it!
