I love the beach where the cottage is located, it is peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went, it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and the weather was pleasant. For those who like to keep their feet in the sand, it's an incredible place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

The house is an oasis! The beach is practically deserted. For those looking for a quiet spot, this is the ideal one. We love spending the weekend. We relax and enjoy with family.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Our accommodation was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The clean, organized mto apartment, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Leisure area in the mto boa condominium, with access to swimming pool, park and ice machine. We're already scheduling to go back and referring to friends.

Isabela was wonderful, answering all our thousands of questions. During the entire stay, it was extremely solicited. Roberta, who is the person who helps with housework, is a love. We love being with her. Prosa good, good service. Maria and Helena's food is very good!!! Now the house…. The house is much better than in the pictures. It can be a notion, but live the atmosphere is even bigger, there is absolutely nothing ugly in the house! Comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and on top of that, all beautiful. Impeccable decoration. We were in 24 people and everyone loved everything! Dream House Really!!! The Lazaro beach is beautiful, super quiet for the family with a child because there is no wave. We love our stadia. The house is great, the same in the photos and as described in the listings. The location is wonderful, beachfront, but close to markets, bakery, commerce, we were walking when necessary. The beach is clean and with few waves, excellent for children, and the best thing is that from the backyard you can see the children playing on the beach. We were very well received by Cícera, who showed us where everything was and was always very solicitous and friendly. I hope to return soon...

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Excellent location, beautiful and comfortable house

Everything was very wonderful, we will definitely be back. The hosts' communication is excellent. We received guidance only from Zeca, who is Maria Vitória's father, who helped us a lot. Thank youuu. Anyone who is only able to get out by car and walk about 20 minutes will already be in the center, which has everything. Super recommended. unparalleled peace

The house is exceptional. Ampla, well aerated and illuminated, with large and comfortable rooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the bed and bath linens were very smelling and the house was very clean. The condominium where the house is located is very quiet and beautiful, most of the streets do not have lighting at night, including the street of the house, but this is not a problem. The beach is very close, with a 2 minute walk you are already standing on the sands. In addition, the location is close to the northernmost beaches, which tend to be less crowded and this is excellent. We really enjoyed the stay and would come back!

The house is great, it matches the photos and the description, besides being spacious it is very cozy, my family and I were very well accommodated and had a lot of fun, the house is well located, it is very close to the beach and you can go on foot, the view of the pool to the garden is beautiful, besides having everything we need in the kitchen, the local shops are also very close, we did everything on foot and we did not need a car. The housekeeper Raquel is a sweetheart, she helped us a lot and Flávio attended to us whenever we needed, in addition to giving us excellent tips on the beaches. We'll be back for sure...

The house is much better than in the photos. Extremely clean,complete and beautiful decor.The kitchen is a chapter by part, because even I am a chef,I was impressed. I found everything I needed,from utensils, to the dishes of great taste. If I had to suggest something,it would just be put one more refrigerator or freezer to complete what is already very good. The condominium is a true paradise. About the hosts I have never been treated so well as a guest.Super gentle,polite and flexible.Anderson and Milena understood the problem I had of being on site on a weekend of heavy rainfall and had a surreal empathy with me, helping me far beyond their obligation. If not for them,the weekend that was to celebrate my birthday would have been a fiasco,due to so many problems I had on the road. I am extremely grateful to this amazing couple. I'll definitely be back in a sunny season to enjoy the house and the place better.

We have an impeccable apartment and attentive host. It exceeded expectations.

Beautiful house, very responsive host, great outdoor kitchen, heated pool. House has 3 bed rooms and rather small, therefore we were having 4 in a room, which was a bit a stretch. Unfortunately during holiday season we had very noisy neighbors partying for two nights keeping as all awake and not willing to stop music all night. Not in direct control of Marcelo but something to be aware of that it is not a given being quiet. Itamambuca itself is wonderful.
