We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Márcia was extremely polite and helpful! The place was very clean, and it was very easy to keep it clean. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. quiet beach and the view is beautiful ( get ready for stairs, but, it's worth it).

We had a beautiful and comfortable vacation . The gentleman who received us that is the landlord of the place is lovely, he responded in all situations in a friendly way and helped us with the suitcases, he recommended places and always helped in everything, he kept the pool spotless. the place is beautiful and quiet two comfortable bathrooms without problems and the mattresses the same, at night you could hear the outside noises a little but that is uncontrollable we slept very well anyway, impeccable sheets and wipes, clean place. The airs and fans went perfect . The kitchen had everything you need and work well. The comfortable and nice living room with a pool view. As a recommendation it would be very good a fan where the sofa is located and a large mirror. Perfect stay, very safe place. we will be back !!! thank you Larisa.

The house is in a condominium in Saco da Ribeira, where the main marinas of the region are. There is a mall two blocks with market, and good bar/restaurant/pizzeria. Beaches are very close, but I used a car to go all. I didn't find any paths I could take to walk. The condominium pool is clean, good size and good business hours. There is always an employee of the condominium taking care of. As in the ad, the house has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, but since it was very hot during the period I went, it lacked air conditioning. The kitchen is complete with all items you may need. Large room.

Very comfortable, clean, brand new apartment. Air conditioning working perfectly, great shower. The only extremely NEGATIVE point was vacancy 26. Because an Hb20 car did not fit. However, the host promptly responded, making spot 28 available, where we were able to park.

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my siblings felt very secure inside the building. It has market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach can also walk and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without fear and I hope to have the opportunity to come back because we did just a knock and come back! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towel.

I rented to spend a weekend with my family and it was very nice! the house is large and clean. It has pots and utensils for cooking, television, beds, iron, etc. Check-in and checkout were super fast and very easy. Luiz (host) responds very quickly, with a lot of kindness and attention. The condominium is quite quiet and pleasant! It is very close to the beach of enseada and Santa Rita. We enjoyed a lot and were on foot to the beaches!

Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in the apartment perfectly. The place is very nice and beautiful, has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large room and a large table. In addition, several amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, misteira... the building parking lot and the leisure area. The beach of the porpoises, in which the apt is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the site, we went on foot, but at night there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always use a car to go to other beaches and at night we also drive to Itaguá (some 10min) or to the big beach (4min). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure structures, swimming pool, sauna, several blocks, garden... it is excellent. We love the stay!

Simply perfect, sir Ivan was extremely attentive making himself available for any eventuality. The apartment is wonderful, with an amazing view of both the rooms and the balcony. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

We had an unforeseen event on the way - a road accident delayed us by about 4 hours, and we ended up having to stay overnight in Uberaba. We warned Ademir that we would not be able to arrive that day, and he very generously offered to refund the lost night or grant us an extra night at no cost. We refused, of course, because we understood that the setback was not his responsibility, but this attitude demonstrates the type of person and host he is: honest, understanding and generous. I highly recommend the accommodation and we will certainly return!
