The stay was very quiet, Bruno texted the day before to welcome, I asked him if there was a popcorn pan, and promptly he sent us in the apt! Super solicit and polite! The apartment is beautiful, comfortable we feel at home! Best of all, many places are missing that are pet friendly and do not accept medium/large pets and we took our German Shepherd dog, she was super good in the apartment. Speaking of the building, the concierge Carlos received us with great attention, in addition to the concierge Fernando and the fisherman Diego, they were super kind, we had a good chat (laughs). The waterfront is great for walking! Super we recommend Bruno's apartment! We will definitely return!

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Extremely clean and organized. The apartment is all equipped, all brand new and clean. Near the beach, you can hear the noise of the waves. Clean beach with quiet waves. It has structure on the sand of the beach with kiosks and bathrooms, as well as restaurants, bakery, market… we did everything on foot. The host we answered quickly and the custodian who received us is super charismatic and helpful. Nothing to complain about. Super recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! The view is simply amazing, facing the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The space is super comfortable, well maintained and exactly as in the photos. The host, Rafael, was impeccable — always considerate and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Clean, cozy house. Close to the two best beaches in Caraguá, within walking distance. Julio answered questions quickly, clean and large pool. Everything was very good. Super recommend it.

Great stay. Flawless apartment, exactly the form of the announcement. The stove works very well (the oven also), the rooms very airy and even have a washing machine. It was quiet days due to the building being very quiet (I believe it is mostly familiar). The only observation I leave is that the TV is not smart, but there are several channels on the device.

Juliana's house is very good, well-equipped, met the demand of the whole family, there are 6 rooms with air conditioning, everything working perfectly. Juliana is so kind, proactive, and polite! You can rent the house with peace of mind!

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it is super well structured and clean. The hosts were attentive and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decor is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Right near the beach and close to good restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean; you could smell how clean it was upon entry. Very quite and peaceful. Passed out on the comfortable sofa both nights I stayed there. Highly recommend.

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Josi treated me like a family member. Very satisfied, sorry it wasn't very sunny. In any case, I highly recommend the space.
